As a walk in, I've never waited more than 10 minutes. Had ingrown toenail, took his time and was able to walk without pain again.

No ventilation, horrible technique, terrible customer service. completely unprofessional, questionable hygienic practices. Don't bother making an appointment because you will end up waiting anyway. Don't expect a massage. They just put lotion on you. Don't expect your cuticles to be pushed or cut. They apply a little oil at the end. Don't get dip or chrome . There will be so much space from the cuticle. It will be thick at the end near the cuticle. Dip residue will all over your fingers and underneath nail beds, and poor quality chrome will peel off by the second day. Don't expect the same technician to start and finish the same service. Multiple swaps and you will still be kept waiting. Large group and multiple of us had similar experiences. We all tipped well together because that is who are and 2 of the technicians were decent...Sam and Sujata. read more

Horrible pedicure! They don't even put the nail polish close to the cuticles so it grows out super fast you have to go back

Today I went in for a full set for myself and my sister. I paid $95 dollars for 2 sets. I left with bleeding fingers cause the lady cut into my skin so many times. There are burns on the side of my nails because she filed them so hard. Most of my nails are different shapes and sizes. Plus she added a design on 2 of them when I clearly stated 3 times I did not what one. She was very disrespectful when I asked her to be more gentle and when I stated I did not ask for a design. I went a few months back and got a full set for $35, and they were also messed up, the lady at that time also cut into my fingers and blamed it on my nail bedding. I left that time with bloody fingers and messed up nails and I thought it was just the person that did them and gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back today. Overall I will not be going back again. They are disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

I came here with friends to get our nails done for a very special occasion. I spent an hour getting berated for the shape/skin around my nails and not getting gel nails because I could not afford them(in which she argued with me that getting regular polish was a bad choice). She did not follow the design I wanted in the slightest, added sparkles without asking, cut my cuticles down way too much and it looks like a child did them. The color is chunky and uneven and they butchered my friend's nails too. I adore the owners, they are 10/10, so I'm sad to leave a bad review but the lady with the afro (I didn't get her name) is a -10/10 and I've heard other people have had issues with her being mean before. read more

Absolutely no manicure- barely filed or shaped the nails, used the drill on my cuticles and completely ruined them, no lotion, nothing- just the color. On 8/5/22, I had a manicure and pedicure service done at Passion Nails. The nail tech cut the side of my foot while performing the pedicure, this cut has resulted in the need to go to an urgent care, be treated for an infection, get an X-ray to be sure the infection did not move to the bones in the foot, get antibiotics, and go to obtain wound care services, which will continue on a weekly basis until the infection is resolved. I met with the manager Huy today, he told me to get a lawyer that they have insurance. What he didn't ask was what nail tech did I see that day, because he already knows that this happened although he denies it. Be careful using this salon. read more

Long wait (45 mins) even with an appointment. They dremeled my nail so thin that it hurt my nail bed and I had to pull my hand away. There were spots on four of my fingers where they filed the skin around my cuticles and left marks that scabbed over. My gel dipped nails were very thin and misshaped when they were done. Very unsatisfied and will not go back. It was actually a painful experience and far from relaxing! read more

I went in for a full set of acrylic nails. The wait time was not bad considering I didn't have an appointment and, to their credit, the staff was really nice. The nails, however, are horrendous. They filed my skin down as well as my nail, and the nail polish is lumpy and uneven. They did not clean up my nails or the surrounding skin when they were done and let me walk out with acrylic residue all over my fingers. These are pictures of my nails right after I left. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Went with a friend and her daughter for pedicures. The friend and daughter wanted to match....their colors weren't even close. The person who did my friends pedicure got polish on her legs, bottom of her feet, and they didn't even realize until she pointed it out, then they washed it off. With my pedicure my heels were still dry when I left. I got a gel pedicure with a design on my big toe. By the next morning one toe with the design had almost no paint left on it. I called them the next business day asking for a refund because A) it's about a 40 minute drive from my house B) why would I want them to try and fix it when the other toes seem like the polish is soft and we'll come off soon too, and the whole experience sucked to begin with. So, $45 down the drain and I need to go elsewhere to get rid of this mess. read more

The lady rushed thru my pedicure doing a subpar job. I didnt realize until I got home that the polish was uneven. She didnt scrub my heels. I was the last to be seated yet the first done. On to my ANC gel dip manicure which was removed improperly by not removing the shine before soaking, my nails were shaped poorly, and drilling was done on the nailbed which no other nail salon ive been to does with ANC gel dip manicures. In fact, its one reason many people choose this product over acrylic. Anywho....no care was taken to the cuticles either and I left with cuts to some of them. My daughter got her nails painted and she told me after we left they didnt put a top coat on. read more
