Our sweet Coco was struggling with his breathing. He was 15 1/2 years old. Dr. Sara and Craig came out to our home for a home euthanasia. The process was easy as it could be. Dr. Sara and Craig were so supportive and loving helping Coco to pass at home. We are so grateful for their Moble services.

When it was time to put down our 19 year old fur baby Snickers I knew we had to find a place that would come to our house since he would have anxiety at the vet's office and I didn't want that for him. I asked for recommendations from my vet and this was one of the places suggested. Checked out the website to be prepared and they sounded like the perfect fit. Even before the day that Sara and Craig came, they were always so caring through all interaction on the phone or through text. By the time they came, the whole experience was everything I had hoped for and more. They were very nice and soft spoken and explained everything to me and my whole family throughout the whole process. For something so difficult, I don't think anyone else could have made the process any easier. They understood the pain we were going through and tried to help in any way by giving us time to grieve, telling us how to have our other dog say goodbye ( this is our first family dog we have lost) and taking care of our baby with great care when leaving. I know it costs more to have someone come over to our house but I would try to do that always in the future if possible. We all were there to say goodbye in the place where he was most comfortable. It's only been a week so still painful but we all are so happy we found Sara and Craig to help us through this difficult process. I have spoken to many others who waited too long to put their dog down to where they were suffering and wished they followed the same path we did. I know mine is no longer suffering but left us with happy memories and lots of hugs

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude towards Dr. Sara and Craig during an extremely difficult time. Their prompt attention, thoughtfulness, compassion and grace made one of the hardest days a little bit easier. My elderly dog Kona had a stroke early on a Monday morning. We made the difficult decision it was time since he could not walk easily without assistance. The most important thing for me was to make sure it was as comfortable and peaceful as possible, without the distress of the vet office. I contacted Dr. Sara and team, and heard back within 30 minutes that there was an opening the following day. This gave me time to spoil my boy for another day without prolonging his pain too much. The day of, I was confused and anxious that I mixed the days up somehow, but Craig responded promptly to confirm my texts and reassure me. Dr Sara called me a few hours or so before the appointment to go over what to expect and answer any questions. I knew we made the right decision but she was so compassionate and reassuring it helped me process. My sweet boy was most comfortable on the sofa, so we laid down some plastic and then a big soft blanket he could lay on. At the time of the appointment, Dr. Sara and Craig were very sweet and explained again to family present what to expect. The whole process was painful, but so gentle and peaceful. Kona ate some tasty turkey to his heart's content, until the painkiller lulled him to the deepest peaceful sleep he has had for awhile. Dr. Sara e sured he was surrounded by all of us that loved him and we all were able to say goodbye. The process seemed like 10 or 15 minutes from the painkiller to him passing, and the entire appointment was only 40 minutes or so from them arriving to leaving with my sweet boy. After he passed, we were given some lovely daffodil bulbs and trinkets to select from to remember him by. I elected for private cremation, and his remains were sent within a week or so. Everything was prompt and professional, with lots of compassion and understanding. I cannot thank Dr. Sara and Craig enough for making such a difficult time a little bit easier to deal with, and treating my Kona with such love and grace.

These two amazing people, Dr. Sara and Craig, made an unbelievably hard time seem less difficult. They were so amazing and helped us through putting down our beloved Abby cat. It was peaceful and even though very heartbreaking, they were very compassionate towards my husband and I and our kitty. I can't recommend this service enough. We had to do the same thing our other cat and it was an emergency so it was at the vet's office. It is so horrifying. It is clinical and everyone sees you falling apart and then leaving with an empty carrier and crying all the way home. This so much more pleasant and peaceful for the pet because they are at home and not scared. 5/5 Stars!

From the start Craig was so understanding and gave a lot of information. Both Dr. Nadolski and Craig were so compassionate, gentle and professional. My lil Smokey was my best friend and loved like no other. I couldn't put him through another stressful vet visit.

Reaching the decision that it was time to put our 21 year old cat Buster down given his declining health was already difficult. To think about dragging him into a veterinary office, which we knew was quite stressful for him even during his healthiest years, learning about Dr. Sara and Craig's in home services was a huge relief. Their compassion and professionalism was obvious from the initial phone call with Craig, throughout the entire process. Their dedication in providing this much needed service in our community is highly commendable. We know Buster had a great home with us and that he is now peacefully at rest and we are grateful for Dr. Sara and Craig helping us provide him with the most love possible at the end of his life.

Our 12 years old pooch has cancer and we have to made a tough decision to let him go. Passing With Dignity was the first in-home service I called 10 mins before they open. Craig answered the phone. He was very professional. It was not an easy decision but with someone who has the patient and understanding what an owner/family goes through. He asked questions, he listened, and explained the process. Both, Dr. Sara and Craig were passionate and respectful from the phone call to the service at our house. They explained/walked us through step by step explain. My family and I are very grateful for Dr. Sara and Craig. Rest in peace my sweet Maxie Boo Boo. You are pain free. We miss you and love you.

I cannot recommend Passing with Dignity and specifically, Dr. Sara enough. Our sweet boy was diagnosed with a terminal tumor and we were told he only had days to live. We were beside ourselves and couldn't process the idea of putting him down; even though we knew it was the best thing for him. We were referred to Dr. Sara by a family member and when we called to gather information about the process, Craig answered the phone and was nothing short of kind and compassionate. He did an amazing job of explaining all the details and options that Passing with Dignity provided. After we got off the phone with Craig, we knew this was the direction we needed to go in. Dr. Sara was even kind enough to call us the morning of the procedure and reassure us that we were doing the right thing for our boy. She was incredibly empathetic and made us feel more at ease with our difficult decision. When it came time to say goodbye to our boy, Craig and Dr. Sara were calm and incredibly kind and talked us through everything. They were gentle with our boy and with us. It was the best decision we could have made to say goodbye and let go of our boy. He was able to go to sleep peacefully in his bed, in his home. Dr. Sara even wrote us the most touching card and included some flower seeds, which we will plant in our backyard in honor of our boy. It was just the neatest gift idea to provide to grieving pet parents. When our nine-year old niece found out our boy was sick, she gave me a bracelet to remember him by. Before Dr. Sara and Craig left our home, they also gave us a small charm. I added the charm to my bracelet and now I have loving reminders of, not just my sweet boy, but of the kindness and deeply caring hearts of Craig and Dr. Sara.

Coming to this decision is never easy and we are having to put our dog down due to behavioral issues and aggression. Contact was easy but when i needed to discuss with my fiancé before getting back to craig and sara they always had pressing reasons why they needed to hear back from me ASAP. They were always pressing about getting a credit card via photos over text...sketchy. Overall they completely changed their minds on allowing me to use their service, even though originally there were no issues. Very unprofessional and if you are legit business why would you have a more professional website that doesn't seem like a scam. Thank you make this difficult process even more difficult.

    Our Golden girl, Abigail.

I scheduled a hospice consult for my sweet 13 year old lab and received a quick response with a call from Jennifer. Even though I never met Jennifer, I felt like she was holding my hand during the whole process. When it was time for our hospice consult, Dr. Chandler came to our house and assessed our boy along with going over quality of life. She even gave him a treatment before she left to see if it would help his mobility. After the consult, I received a very thorough email from Dr. Chandler giving me a breakdown of my dog's prognosis along with some treatment options. She reached out to other mobile vets on my behalf and provided helpful links for every option of care that she gave me. Jennifer also followed up to check on Oakley to see how he was doing. When it was time to make the decision for me to let him go, I texted Dr. Chandler (after hours on her day off). She still responded. She came out a couple days later to our home and we were able to give him a peaceful goodbye on our lawn, which was his favorite place. Dr. Chandler treated Oakley with such care and dignity from start to finish. Jennifer also called me again to check on my wellbeing a week after we said goodbye. Dr. Chandler reached out to me on a Saturday to let me know she had Oakley. He was ready to return home. She worked with us on getting him back and even went as far as matching the tissue paper to the color of his fur for the packaging. She also included a beautiful dog card along with his name which was handwritten. It lays against the paw print and clipping of his hair she gave us. I hope I provided enough details as to why Love Always is not only the best, but the only option I would ever use when having someone take care of my beloved companions.

She was so loving with our helping our 19 year old kitty Jet go to her final sleeping place. Every question answered, everything already thought of. She gave us the option to leave her with us, take her/cremate and return, or cremate and have her hang with other amazing pets. She was not in pain, but her condition changed minute to minute--sometimes worse, sometimes better--depending on progression and medication response. Deciding when to let her go was incredibly difficult. What I knew without hesitation was that, due to her severe stress at the vet, I did not want her final moments to be anywhere but home. Unfortunately, securing an at‑home appointment isn't always easy, and my biggest fear was that her condition would suddenly decline and I wouldn't be able to get someone to my house in time--forcing her last moments to be spent frightened at a clinic. Dr. Conner completely removed that fear and stress. She worked around our needs, scheduled appointments with incredible flexibility, and canceled or adjusted them without guilt or pressure. Her number one concern was always my little girl's comfort and dignity. That flexibility gave me the greatest gift anyone could offer in this situation--the ability to make the right decision at the right time, without the added stress of trying to force such a deeply personal moment into an external calendar beyond my control. Dr. Conner's compassion, patience, and understanding meant everything to us. I will forever be grateful. She wanted to give me a soft answer, but I point blank asked her or these two things OK to do. She kind of chuckled and said oh my gosh, thank you I didn't know how to tell you those things. The day finally arrived that we had to make the final decision to send Sammy to the next realm, Dr. Green was the one who was assigned to us. The day that Sammey left. She called to go over the procedures again with us when she arrived at our house. I asked her if she could, please do it outside under his favorite tree. She was more than happy to go out there with us. Sammy was already in a state of peace the whole process without going into detail was gentle and kind. She also gave us time as much as we needed at the end to say our goodbyes. She lovingly wrapped him up in a blanket and put him in a basket. She even gave us a poem about saying goodbye to your cat. My husband carried him out to her car. We were told it would take 3 to 5 days to get it back, but we actually got him back way sooner. I arrived at their location and they brought Sammy out in a beautiful box. If you have to go through this process Heart's Companion was great.
