This store refused to honor its own posted price adjustment policy. I purchased 10 units on 8/9 and…read moreafter a sale started on 8/13 I returned with my receipt as required by policy. The policy online and posted at their register says price adjustments are allowed within 14 days with a receipt. Absolutely no mention of having to bring the items as well. A supervisor denied the adjustment and said I needed to bring the physical items back even though that requirement is not disclosed anywhere. When asked where that policy was posted I was told it wasn't. It was their managers policy. This is completely unacceptable! If additional requirements exist they need to be clearly disclosed to customers. Denying a PUBLISHED policy that is not only stated on their website but also AT THEIR REGISTER based on an invisible "managers rule" is misleading, unfair and deceptive. It begs the question, what other company policies and rules are they not abiding by?

Ciara is BEYOND amazing so beautiful inside and out, knowledgeable with so much background in botanical garden field and then some! She hand makes most of the candles here and was SO helpful with absolutely every question I have (the other girls are lovely too) but Ciara I would trust with my life when it comes to taking advice with any and every candle, incense, soap, decorations, and everything because there is so much that can be overwhelming she gives a very safe and nonjudgmental vibe. What an amazingly woman SO good at her craft with these beautiful soaps and candles, I already can't wait to come back and see her to get a couple birthday presents for my sister and bestie in July! I'm happy she's there most days and you can always tell when someone loves their job because they just glow. She's one of those people and if you ever need any advice?! I swear she's the go to!!! I ended up getting a of their couple candles, some wax melts, incense, an incense holder, 2 pieces of soap, and she helped me pick out all of it! I got all of these things a little over 20$ and she helped me find EVERYTHING!!! Super good deals, and definitely bang for your buck! I can't wait to use my new things and thank you again Ciara and you're lovely ladies for making my day and heart happy with fun things I'm interested in like this!
