I felt like I had to leave a review after seeing a couple of the recent 1-star comments because they don't really tell the full story. First off, this shop is amazing. It's a beautiful metaphysical store with such a welcoming and peaceful energy the moment you walk in. The space is thoughtfully put together and you can tell the owner truly cares about the experience people have when they come here. The quality of what's offered and the atmosphere are top notch. The owner also offers incredible one-on-one services, and she puts a lot of time, energy, and care into working with people personally. When you work with her, you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and creating a meaningful experience. For anyone reading the reviews, it's important to understand that this is a small business run by the owner herself. She's also a full-time mom during the week, which means she balances running the shop with real life responsibilities and priorities. Because of that, there can occasionally be minor inconsistencies with shop hours, and sometimes the shop may be closed when she isn't there. That's actually very common with independently owned small businesses, especially when the owner is the one providing personal services and managing everything herself. Leaving a 1-star review just because someone stopped by on a day the shop happened to be closed really isn't a fair way to judge a business or the quality of the services offered here. When the shop is open, the experience is absolutely worth it. The energy is great, the shop is unique, and the owner clearly puts a lot of heart into what she does. I was in Dragonfairy just yesterday 10/11/25 and they are NOT CLOSED!!! They did move across the street from their original location a while back, but they are STILL OPEN for business. They have a large of selection of beautiful crystals a lot of unique candles and an assortment of incense and some jewelry. The store has a positive and welcoming energy. The atmosphere when you first walk in is very calming, from the music to all of the crystals and other things that adorn the store. I was mainly there looking at crystals and I very much liked having the little descriptions of some of the crystals and their properties. The person working there was very friendly and was very helpful answering my questions that I had. The only downsides I had were that some items I couldn't find a price for and other items just didn't have a description of what it was. All in all, a very good to place to go to though. read more

Dragonfairy was so pleasantly surprised & quaint that I just had to leave a review to tell more people about it! Located on Miracle Mile, Dragonfairy is cute, smells fantastic, and is kept really clean and organized to allow all shoppers to focus on the items that you can invest in. From smaller crystals to candles to sage bundles, Dragonfairy had everything I needed for a quick restock of herbs that I needed refilled asap! Although it was a little pricey and it didn't have everything I was looking for, it was fully stocked with everything I needed and I really appreciated their ability to have the basics! I absolutely love this spiritual shop! They host tons of classes for witches or spiritual healers of all levels or just people who are getting into the more spiritual life. I have been a fan of this store, since they've opened. The selection is small, but have hard to find items, or they can order them for you. I normally go there once a month sometimes more. Today, October 1st 2014 around 2pm. There were three younger people in there, sitting by the book section. After about 3 minutes in the store, was I acknowledged. This is really sad because it only takes a moment to smile or a nod to acknowledge someone. Rather the young man who was supposedly running the store, was more concerned about his conversation with his friends boasting of how educated he is in the Occult & the Metaphysics, then with me a "PAYING CUSTOMER" who walked out. I am all for having friends stop in and visiting at work, but there is a line when the customer has to come first. I am a disappointed customer :-( read more

There's a little bit of everything here from Native American spirituality to Buddhism to Wiccan to Christian. I was interested in checking this place out because it had crystals. Not the most impressive selection I've seen, but any place that carries raw obsidian is ok by me. The best part is that they had the Thoth tarot deck, which would cost me an arm and a leg on amazon. Most metaphysical stores shy away from anything remotely associated with Aleister Crowley. The salesman was polite to both myself and another customer who was inquiring about services such as readings and healings. The biggest disappointment was the parking. Even during normal work hours in the middle of the week there is no parking. It's out of the stores hands, but the lack of parking made my aura much less illuminated. read more

Eh this place is alright. I come here because it's the closest place having what it has without having to go out of Stockton. The people that work in the store are cool but not very attentive. The Asian guy is always yawning and makes it seem like he doesn't want to be there. I ask him about things in the store and he answers with what it is without explaining how it works or what the effects are. There's a white girl with blonde-ish brown hair and she's really nice and answers all questions with a smile while going into details about whatever it is and actually comes from behind the counter to familiarize you with the stuff there. I happened across Dragonfairy while driving through Stockton...and knew I had to go back when I had more time. Of course I did, I love it, and stop in whenever I have the chance. I don't think I've ever left the store without buying a little something, and have even taken one of their classes, which was very interesting, and an eye-opening, positive experience. Lots of interesting books to browse, tons of awesome little trinkets, a nice selection of stones, crystals, candles, sage, native-inspired gifts and tools, jewelry, best incense anywhere, an earth-magic section, some really cool Dia De Los Muertos during Halloween...oh, and Faeries, can't forget the Faeries! I would have loved to give this a better rating but I can't. Went in one day and wandered around. The lady at the register was pleasant as well as the customer (i assume) who was with her. Had a wide variety of rocks, incense, knicknackery, and books. It was a very nice experience up to a particular point. As I was looking at the books he was standing near one of the chairs in the store and talking on his phone. He edged towards me and I backed away assuming he had to get passed me. The more I backed off the more he came towards me until I was standing against the books. Finally I stopped and he reached into his pocket and handed me a business card with a poorly drawn symbol on it. Never ONCE excusing himself from his phone call making eye contact with me, or attempting to introduce himself. Yeah, real professional guy. After that I just wanted to leave. If he hadn't been there I would have given this place 5 stars. The only reason I gave less is because there's no way the person working the register or whoever runs the place didn't know this guy.
