No greasiness, no oiliness like you do find at some Indian restaurants. Everything tasted so fresh and full of flavor. It felt like I was in the heart of Punjab. The saag paneer had a great kick and creaminess to it. The chicken tikka was so tender. I'd never had masala bhaat and the blend of onions and tomatoes was chef's kiss. Loved the shredded paneer over the kulcha with the chole. The naan was definitely fresh to order, not like some places where you can't tell if it's frozen or not. Our waitress was so kind and helpful in picking out dishes. She even went above and beyond to give us tips for places to visit and things to see in the area. We've been back home for two days and all I can think about is how good their food is, but sadly we live over 2,000 miles away. I'll need to find a place by me like Bombay Tiger until I can make a trip back!

The ground lamb was cooked perfect with a hint of spice and flavored very well. We got chicken on the curry and chips. That was also very good, my only feedback was the chicken although flavored well was just a touch dry (would probably do the ground lamb next time). For diner we both had the lamb entree with a side of basmati rice and naan. The entree was outstanding, the lamb had a nice salt and pepper crust with great flavors. The interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated, with an ambience that would be good for hosting events. For the food we decided to order the Chili Chicken, a Kati Roll with Lamb Keema, and chicken. I think that the food here was flavored well and I especially enjoyed the Kati Roll as the paratha was really crispy. The portions are a bit on the smaller side though, especially for the price of each dish. Overall, I think it's a nice restaurant to have Indian food at if you're visiting Calgary.
