The electricians, Shawn and Brian, immediately noticed and recommended someone they know and work closely with to come out the SAME day and give me free advice. After letting our old contractor go, we then hired that contractor that completed the job right in a day! Because Paramount's electricians went above and beyond to help us find a solution, we saved thousands of dollars and they did an amazing job on our new lights, switches, and electrical work.

So LED lights were installed. It was basically day time at night in our back yard right after our hot tub was installed. Not a great combo. Been a customer of Pass Security for decades for both my home and business.. Seems to have really…read moregone downhill... My home barns disconnect because of some error - them my fire/Smoke alarms sounding off for no reason.. over and over - so we turned off the system but still got billed... Business break in - outside horn not go off-told the warehouse not hooked up to horn - then told horn not workig. .BUT it had just gone off the week prior.Waited weeks for the new horn - appointments missed but not call to tell me. Thief broke out 9 glass blocks - no alarm until entered the building - added additional detector on side door - not working - couldn't set alarm. Told it wasn't connecting to system - didn't they check when they installed it? Changed to motion detectors - constantly going off at around midnight 4 nights in a row - no service call can be scheduled until weeks later unless we want to pay emergency fees... THEY WERE INSTALLED less than 4 months ago. Screwed up Phone Key system for phone calling - business phones down - had to have Phone tech on site.. 3X from phone company for them to say that it was the security system - but PASS refused to accept UNTIL I had my Key system tech here to fix - more charges. Charges charges charges... that were finally removed - I think... They used to be a great company... not so much now. So very disappointed tired and exhausted.

I wanted to love this company so bad and their reviews were great. I didn't have the same…read moreexperience everyone else had so I'm writing this review to warn people of all the extra fees/expenses if the job isn't large. I had them do a large project (Fairview) for me at a Duplex in Tower Grove. They came out several times and met with my property manager (no service fees at all). I called them a few times after the big project only to be nickel and dimed by $190 service fees per call with no work. One project was at Fairview which they had just completed but charged me extra indicating it was "different". I can't prove that but sounds very suspicious when the entire basement was rewired. I called them about electric going out in a kitchen at a Duplex on Alaska. They went over there, was there for 10 minutes and called and said the breakers overloaded and sent me a $221 invoice with a several thousand dollar bid to fix it (I later got a bid elsewhere for $700). What they will say. The large project they saved me from tens of thousands of dollars on a full rewire (isn't that your job?), "This cost me gas, this cost me time." They had no problem spending the gas and time to get the large projects only to nickel and dime the smaller ones. Just for your info. Beware and do your homework. Contractors are getting out of control.
