Greg, the customer service manager came out and helped me by replacing my low beam headlight. Less than 10 minutes went by and I have a fully functioning low beam headlight thanks to Greg. By the way, the price is at AutoZone compete with Walmart because a low beam headlight for my Ford fusion 2012 would've been the exact same amount at Walmart. If you have something wrong with your car, and it's not a major thing come here. They're great!!!

I took it to Advance Auto Parts because the battery came from there, but was not under any warranty anymore because it was fairly old. They checked it as well. Sure enough it needed a battery. They carry Diehard batteries. I had called Firestone because in the past I had gotten Interstate Batteries there but they don't sell them anymore, they sell Diehard. The problem with them is the cost of the battery I needed. It was close to $300. I got mine at Auto Zone and it was only $234 for the same Diehard battery. That's a big difference, so I got it here. The gentlemen that work here are very friendly. The guy that installed my battery was Brian, we were chatting about GMC and he said his dad worked for GMC for almost 40 years. I have a 2004 GMC Envoy. Brian learned a lot from his dad. So he was the right guy to do the job and he was very friendly. I'm lucky because both of the auto part places near me are excellent and trustworthy and reliable. I will be back here And I don't think it will be in nine years

At the appointment I asked if we could get her an oil change as well and Angelo assured me it would be no problem to add that service on. Right away we found out it wasn't just low brake fluid, her rear drums were leaking brake fluid, and thus the reason it was low. Angelo walked me through everything they needed to do, and once I gave approval, I thought "oh boy this is going to run into tomorrow". Negative! Angelo assured me he'd get his guys on it and have it taken care of by closing. At 5pm we picked up the car, all completed, and Angelo even walked me through the photos of the drums (i find this highly helpful, and such a nice addition in trusting the shop!). The whole front office staff were polite and very knowledgeable. Angelo even recommended things to watch out for on my daughter's car. This place takes care of the customer and it has a family feel. I wanted to know my daughter is driving a safe vehicle and Angelo and Joe understood that and went the extra mile! I will not go anywhere else now, they have a customer for life! Early morning of Hurricane Helene I went online to get a local auto parts store phone number, I found one on Northcliff Blvd. off Mariner Blvd. just minutes from me. (I noticed a warning that was posted by (J.J.) on 12/12/2022 from same store stating someone there asked him for Vin # or tag #). I called to see if they were opening today so I went in to get parts as the where open. As usual I was asked if they had my phone number on file when I went to pay. When he pulled it up, he noticed I was military. Then he (I didn't notice his name stupid me) asked if I had ID, I showed him "quickly" my state drivers lic. which has Veteran logo. Crazy enough here's where it got interesting to say the least, he asked me for my last "3" digits of my SS number. I said I just proved to you my Veteran status, he said he needed in order to give discount company policy. After my challenge I gave him 3 "fake" digits recognizing something smells fishy. I guess it worked! Watch out!! With last three digits, even a moron knows there are only 0-9 digits so having last three you may have just as well giving the last 4. These warnings are real, and anyone can sell your info online! I will be filing a company and police report.

While in the hospital fighting an infection in…read moremy spine, my wife was on her way to see me when our car just shut off just driving down the road. My wife was able to safely get the car into a fast food restaurant parking lot. Stranded with our 1 year old on the side of the road at 8pm, my wife being the amazing wife and mom she is, was able to get a ride and everyone got home safely. We had a mobile mechanic come out and look at it, which was a mistake on our behalf. Our vehicle has been sitting in the parking lot for a week and we were informed it was going to be towed the following day. I reached out to Angeles Towing from the uncomfortable hospital bed and told them our issue. They responded to my request for an estimate right away. Knowing I was in the hospital and my wife had just put our son to bed, they picked up our vehicle and dropped it off at our residence. They communicated with me every step of the way, always with the utmost respect and kindness. Invoice was emailed to me and was very convenient and easy to pay.
