I see Dr. Batton as she is by far the best doctor I've ever been too. The offices are pristine. Always clean. The wait time is 5-10 tops. I really enjoy how they have the doctors waiting rooms split up into pods. It's more efficient and helps the process move quickly. One of my favorite things about the office is they have a lab on site that contracts with most insurance so your lab work is extremely affordable with no hidden fees. Overall awesome facility and one stop shop for your healthcare needs!

I will be filing a formal complaint and will not stop until I'm sure no one else will have to go through what I did. Also he was sent home in the same condition as he came. He asked me to take him to a different hospital. We went to seacoast McLeod And he was admitted. On a good note they were so very very kind and compassionate and treated his condition with the concern it deserved. It was the best hospital experience you could have asked for. My doctor is the best, he takes the time to explain things in simple terms and gives me his full attention. I've always had good experiences with the nurses and receptionists, they've been pleasant and helpful. The only area where the staff seemed to be negative was in the lab. But this was some time ago and maybe there's new staff in there now? I've never had any problems with payments and insurance, it is processed smoothly. Prescriptions are processed promptly per the rules. I would have to say the wait time is average. It just depends on how backed up they are. Sometimes I can get in and out extremely quickly and other times there is a bit of a wait. But that's true in any business. Overall I think you get what you give as far as attitude is considered. The staff is used to dealing with upset patients who aren't pleasant. If you go in there with a smile and act courteous, they will likely respond in kind. (except for the lab apparently ) My family is very happy here.

After the visit with Dr Sturcken, I was talking with the lady taking blood and mentioned an issue I thought I may have and asked if they were taking blood for my thyroid as well. She said no but she could easily add it. Dr. Sturcken literally got frustrated and stated, "I already put your charts away," and was upset that she now needed to get them back out and add that. The latest upset is due to me moving out of state. A prescription I have is ending soon and I don't have a dr apt here for three months. Mind you, it took me a year to find a new dr, so I understand the inability to see me to renew more prescriptions. I was just hopeful she could refill it for a couple more months. She said no, so I asked if I should cut them in half to hold me over and she said she can't offer advice on that. I guess just overall, I've had multiple negative experiences with Dr. Sturcken.
