I have passed this Doctor's care just never registered in my mind to visit until now. We either got lucky or other people forget it too as there were only 2 people in lobby area ahead of us. I think the point of urgent care is to be seen quickly and get prescriptions called in which this location delivered on. The seating/chairs are less than McCleod.

Yes, it is the most expensive gym in town, but you get what you pay for. This gym would cost twice as much here. Not that it matters because it's not here, it's in Florence and if you live there and want a gym membership, look no further! If you like group fitness classes... this is your place. There are tons of them. Probably 100 or so each week. Heck, you can't do them all because there are sometimes 2-3 taking place at the same time. Some of the classes are basically like personal training. The instructors are excellent and the yoga instructors and classes are comparable to expensive studios here in Charleston where you will pay $15-20 per class. Did I mention at McLeod, these classes are *included* and *unlimited*? You can do yoga, Zumba, spin, etc, every. single. day. If you don't like classes, there's tons of free weights and machine weights on both floors. There's also every cardio machine imaginable on both floors, raquetball courts, two pools, basketball courts, and the outdoor running track (which is free, do not have to be a member to use). The locker rooms are immaculate... steam room, sauna, hot tub, nice showers and roomy lockers. There is always someone cleaning in there and with it being a hospital gym, you know it's up to high standards. Cafe's food is good, a little pricey for Florence and it takes awhile, but it's good food. And the gym has a daycare, I don't have kids so I never used it but it always looked like they were having a great time. I was kinda jealous when I saw them playing with the parachute! Gym's hours are pretty good too. Not 24-7, but they're open most anytime you'd want to come to the gym. Otherwise the walking track is always open (obviously). Also, there is a guard who will walk you out to your car or watch you go out when it's after dark which always made me feel very safe as a female. He patrols the parking lot on a golf cart as well.

Yes, you do have to wait for him sometimes but he spends a lot of time with you too, more than the typical doc, so it's worth it. My husband saw him as well and he said he was the best doc he'd seen. Hubs didn't complain about going which is always a good sign! The rest of the staff aren't bad, but sometimes you can tell the practice is super busy and they are swamped (because well, Dr. Mohr is a great doc so people flock in to see him). I wasn't a huge fan of Dr. Burnette myself, but some liked her, i guess it's just personal preference there.

For a while there I would have to wait more than an hour after my scheduled appointment to be called in which was really inconvenient. But both the doctor and all the staff are super friendly and Dr. Burnett does take the time to sit and talk with you once you're called in so you don't generally feel rushed. This is also why I didn't mind waiting too long in the waiting room. But lately they've been a lot better with keeping appointment times. The last time I went in I only waited 10 minutes which is pretty good for a doctor's office.

If you miss your "medicine appointment", no matter how many times you come in between, you don't get refills. They refuse to refill for pharmacists and reception refuses to even let the doctor know you need meds before the next available appointment. I do not care what the "office rules" are. I had to find a new doctor to get my arthritis meds filled, or I would have been in severe pain for 5 days before I could get more. Despite explaining the medication needs to build in the system and I'd have to start all over, reception did not care. I would strongly recommend you stay away from this office if you have medicine you cannot go without. I missed my appointment because myself and my children had whooping cough. Again, I told her that, she did not care. I do everything though McLeod now.
