I needed some welding of the frame where the lift motor is mounted. Nevertheless he told me to get to his shop when he opened the next day. I removed the propane tank and battery and he assigned one of his welders to do the job. The workmanship was excellent and in less than two hours we were back on the road. Fair price of $65/hr. Thank goodness we were referred to Homestead Welding. Highly recommend this business. Thanks so much, Chuck.

The floor was like Swiss cheese; the rear Motor Mounts disintegrated, and the generator sat on the floor. I removed the walls and floor and gave it to Daniel Gonzalez at Adonai Precision Machining. I got back new motor mounts, all aluminum floor, all the rust cut out, and new metal on the walls of the Generator. My engine and generator were perfect. All I needed was a new house to protect it. I saved thousands by not buying a new generator because of the rusty box and floor. I dealt with Daniel Gonzalez the whole time. He is a true professional and a gentleman who updated me on the progress and sent me pictures; his pricing was very fair. People like Daniel are very hard to find today. He is an actual problem solver. I highly recommend Daniel Gonzalez and Adonai Precision Machining. Peter J.

This time, though, they missed the mark. They charged me for a brand new motor, but it didn't fix the problem, and once it didn't work, they stopped responding to my texts entirely. I ended up finding someone else who diagnosed the actual issue right away and fixed it properly. I'm not writing this to knock Mike's, since they've done fine work for me in the past, but this experience was frustrating enough that I wanted future customers to know: if something doesn't get fixed right the first time, make sure you're getting real follow-up, not silence.

I was panicked…read moreso I contacted the first 5-star water mitigator with the fastest response time per Yelp reviews. We're so fortunate that that was Thomas at Restoration 305. Thomas arrived in 7 minutes, assessed the situation and brought in one of his crew to start work. Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier. They worked so hard over several hours. Thomas visited everyday to check progress. We felt better for having them doing the work. Thomas' demeanor and thoughtfulness kept us calm and reassured, which felt as important as the work he and his partner did. We don't want another water emergency but if we have one, Thomas will be our first call.
