She was unfriendly and her only concern was to get your co-pay. The doctors appear to want to be more of a medical councilor than help with concerns or make you set up more appointments than I care to get simple things done. I just got the feeling that I was just a number here. On the good note they doctors were very personable with good bed side manner just didn't get a feeling that really wanted to help one resolve the issues.

Many walk in clinics have wonderful nurses but the turnover in their employees is continual-which hinders good service. We were referred to Dr. Hopkins and his staff and it was just what we needed. They are located right off the square downtown Murfreesboro in an older but very neat building. Our family has seen Dr. Hopkins on occasion and also his PA's and nurses-they are all very thorough, professional and kind. They have either always taken care of us or referred us on to a specialist when our case warranted. The front office staff are polite and always ready to answer questions. When our private insurance was cancelled by BCBS and like thousands had to scramble for health insurance- we made sure our new coverage was a policy that Dr. Hopkin's practice accepted. Our family has found our doctor!

If you are not sold the first few seconds speaking with Kristie (the equally amazing part of this duo) walk away because this all on you. I am not a fan of doctors and spent decades steering clear (home remedies, duct tape on bad wounds etc.) of them until I had my first visit (she came highly recommended from a podiatrist) due to extreme gout pain I had been dealing with for years, A dr. who actually talks to you getting to know you and your issue(s) and explaining the different ways you can attack to cure/treat.
