He had to call delivery guy who then told him he had into an issue with his prior delivery and was running late (which is fine...but communication from the company would have been nice). Delivery finally happened just prior to 2 pm. Owner compensated by giving a paltry $20 dollars off. I understand that things happen, but I would have expected some better communication prior to me having to call and find out what's going on. I've ordered from other companies, and they usually are set up several hours prior to party time. After party, pickup occurred sometime after sundown and sunup, without any communication.

There was a small deposit and a few days before the rental they texted me to make sure the slide would fit in our space. They ended up dropping the slide off early and picked it up the day after the party. They texted the day after to give instructions for pick up. The slide itself was an absolute blast - from 5 years old to 72.. everyone loved it! I highly recommend this company and can't wait to rent from them again soon.

I was so pleasantly surprised when she told me she'll dress up as the fairy godmother upon request. So, of course, we asked her to dress up too. I called several times and was told they were busy, there was traffic, etc. When the tables arrived, the white folding chairs were all BEAT. Some had most of the white paint on the frames chipped off. They looked AWFUL. My husband asked when the Monday pick up would be(he said we were not available in the morning) and the owner's boyfriend, who was making the delivery said they would return around 2pm. I contacted them around 4PM, and the owner(Lori) told me that because my husband said 2pm(Nope) we were going to have to be the last stop, and they were very busy and there was traffic, etc. They did not arrive until 6:30pm While the rentals were reasonably priced,($55) there was a $150 drop off/pick up fee. She told me that it was because it was hard to find help(later we found out it was her boyfriend) Customer service was pretty much non existent. Lots of excuses as to why they were not meeting the scheduled times THEY set, and the chairs were beat to hell. I used this company last year and they were great, hence the repeat business. I later found out the company has recently been purchased by the current owner. One star is one too many. I hate to do this, but they failed to meet expectations all the way around.
