Additionally, their customer service is top-notch. Last year, I accidentally booked the wrong date, and didn't notice it on my contract until a few days before the event. I called in blind panic, and Bay Bounce was able to turn on a dime and updated everything to get me a bounce house with practically no notice, and I'm forever grateful. There are a lot of party rental/bounce house options out there, but for their prices and service, I won't ever choose anyone but Bay Bounce.

There was a small deposit and a few days before the rental they texted me to make sure the slide would fit in our space. They ended up dropping the slide off early and picked it up the day after the party. They texted the day after to give instructions for pick up. The slide itself was an absolute blast - from 5 years old to 72.. everyone loved it! I highly recommend this company and can't wait to rent from them again soon.
