The calendar on their website is very accurate which makes the booking system smooth, simple, and convenient. I like that their website gives you the option to pay for the entire cost upfront, or do a $50 deposit. Following my successful housewarming bounce house, I just booked a Paw Patrol dry slide bounce house for my son's 4th birthday party. I wish I could give a 10 like the Olympics. We are new to Florida and had to head back up north for a family function. Unfortunately right before we were supposed to come back and the day before our water slide was being delivered for a July 4th BBQ, we had a death in the family and had to extend our stay up there. I called them and was expecting to lose my deposit on such short notice. Paul and his crew went above and beyond anything I was expecting when it came to accommodating us. Instead of having the water slide delivered on July 3rd(the earliest we could fly back on was July 4thAM), he was able to have it delivered and set up early afternoon on the 4th. The pricing was very fair and comparable to others but they offered military discount so we ultimately chose them. They communicated wonderfully leading up to the party and the day of. They have been so professional, punctual, and flexible with us. We've used a simple bounce house to their largest obstacle course (with water feature) and even rented 4 to 5 individual units. Bounce A Lot Inflatables went so above and beyond for my little girl's birthday party--I was really touched by their commitment to making sure her day was special. I just ordered a purple castle bounce house. Nothing fancy. Probably their lowest price point item. But we ran into some issues with contract language with the neighborhood association. I know any other company would have thrown in the towel and just told me they couldn't do it. But Paul, from Bounce A Lot worked for TWO DAYS to figure out the contract. I rented an inflatable water slide, dunk tank, and snow cone machine from Bounce A Lot for a family party. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and great communication throughout the whole process. The delivery and set-up person, Jessie, called before he arrived to let me know he would be at our house in about 5 minutes and he was right on time. I thought that was a nice touch. The only slight disappointment we had was that the snow cone machine only came with one flavor and the machine wasn't as pictured on the website. I called and spoke to Patricia and she explained why, but could understand my disappointment. After she spoke to the owner, she called right back to say they would deduct the rental fee for the snow cone machine from my bill! I thought that was great customer service. My husband ran to Wal-Mart and bought several bottles of snow cone syrup and everything was awesome. Thank you to Paul, Patricia and Jessie from Bounce A Lot Inflatables for being a Class A business!
