Talk about extraordinary customer service!! On 06/15/2016 in preparation for a gender reveal scheduled for 06/16/2016 I went to this store to purchase a gender reveal balloon. The price was perfect and the stock plentiful. The reveal was scheduled to go off for 6:00 PM. At 5:50, I removed the balloon from my car and promptly let it go! I panicked! Guest looking at the balloon float away and me deflated. I immediately called the store. They close at 6!! I told the wonderful lady what happened and that the parents and guests were waiting. This wonderful lady said,"don't worry, I'll wait until you get here." People she waited!! She was just as nice to me "after hours" as she had been the day before! I must say I was on vacation in Monroe and looking for a party store and when I found this place I was sooooo happy. What the owner wrote convinced me I should come here and I wasn't disappointed at all. He owner is so kind and friendly and you can see she would be willing to come in a bit early or stay a bit later to accommodate her customers. This place definitely has options and different themes and variations of supplies for everyone. I hope more and more people shop here to support this owner cause she's doing a great job! read more
