We had 40 min. for 2 adults and 7 year old to shower and get ready for a formal wedding. Despite all efforts, we were late by 15 min w/o hair or makeup fully done. Both lights by bed did not work. It is good access to I-20, clean, good beds, the indoor pool is great. But nothing makes up for poor planning and that was NOT on my part. I do not have pictures, no time for that. Lastly, we left the room with all trash gathered in their bags, towels in neat pile on bathroom floor, not a piece of trash anywhere and yet they charged me my 50.00 deposit that was suppose to be refunded. I paid 178.15 for 1 night. I held up my agreement, they did not.

JJP photographed our rehearsal and wedding last April. Both Jackie and Todd were professional, fun,…read moreand artistic. They spent time with us as we got ready for the wedding and captured beautiful candids throughout the day. All of the photos were filled with movement and life, taking us right back to our special day each time we look through our album. I was most impressed with the way they captured candid shots (dancing, laughing, etc.) as well as the special details (antique bottles, flowers, rings, texture) that made the day memorable. A few weeks before the ceremony, Jackie shot a boudoir session that was amazing! The photos were beautiful, flirty, and fun. I felt very comfortable and Jackie had a way of capturing each angle beautifully! My husband loved his wedding gift =) If you want your wedding memories preserved in an artistic, documentary- style way, book JJP!!

He didn't go over the flowers with me and said spring flowers. I asked several times if this certain amount would be enough or did I need to spend more. I wanted to make sure that roses was in the equation. I was shocked when I received a picture of the arrangement from the recipient. When I called to say I was disappointed the same gentlemen answered the call. He remembered me. He said all the flowers that were chosen were very expensive flowers. I said there are a huge bunch of daisys, those aren't expensive. He said well those are filler flowers. I showed and asked several people and another florist and they said no way that is worth what you paid for it. I told him I was disappointed. His attitude instantly was very abrupt and rude. He was not going to hear of any of that at all. He told me that he would just go over there and pick them up. I said I am not asking that at all. He insisted and said he was not going to listen to me complain about their services and that he was driving over there to pick them up. He was raising his voice at me. I was in a gift store and the surrounding people around me could hear him from my phone and it was not on speaker. He refused to do anything for me, lower the price, bring different flowers, he said all he was going to do was go pick it up. Said something like he would have his flowers back. I asked him to please not do that. I said please have a heart and don't ruin someone's special occasion, and he said he was going to go pick them up because I complained. The people in the store I was at could not believe what they were hearing. This is very disappointing. I then had to call the recipient and tell them that someone was coming to pick up their flowers against my wishes because I had a complaint. I will never do business with them again.
