There are other party rental options out there and I would certainly choose a different company. So sad that a local Troy company runs their business so poorly.

When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday. So, my husband took care of the bill and all, but I didn't get to give a review and I just wanted to say, "Thank you" to Marissa and the whole team at Bounce It Up. She did a great job hosting and we were so very pleased with the whole event and the way things went. When we arrived, we carried our stuff back to the big party room on the right side and then I took my kids to use the restroom... When I got out, Marissa and my husband were already setting everything up and I loved how she knew what she was doing and took initiative to get the job done. I was nervous about having only 15 minutes to set up before our guests arrived (I asked them to come at 10:45am to avoid waiver signing delays, etc.), but the whole room was set up and looked fantastic for the party! I also wanted to mention that every time I called with questions prior to the party, (which was about 4-5x's), everyone I spoke with was so helpful and they always encouraged me to call back with any questions I had.
