This was my first time using Party Solutions. After doing some research I decided to try them out. I had a birthday/retirement/surprise wedding planned for 7/30/17...I had only a week to prepare. I walked into Party Solutions and was met by a very friendly lady. I told her my plan and right away she was able to assist me! (Wish I could remember her name but maybe those in charge can find her by my event date)!! The set up crew arrived at a decent hour, even calling when they were thirty minutes out! *** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE*** They are very nice when your booking them For your event. But for my wedding I put an order for 100 people. ( Flatware, silverware, glassware) SO GLAD I DIDNT RENT TABLES, LINENS, & CHAIRS LIKE I ORIGINALLY WAS. They delivered for only 75 people. They had everything in crates wrapped in cellophane. I was not there when they dropped it off. Yet they expect you to have the people that are dropping of your rentals to wait while you unwrap everything, lay everything out & count for 100 people to make sure it's for 100 people. Someone planning a big event like my wedding do they honestly think I had the time or the patience to do that, the day before?! Whatever happened to just trusting the people you're doing business with to have the amount that you paid for way in advance for?! My sisters called them the day of the event when setting everything & noticed we were shorted! They have this 911 number but honestly they figured it was just faster to run to albertsons & get the decent plastic plates/flatware. When I called when the reopened during business hours, I spoke to Matthew, told him what happened, instead of getting an apology for their mistake he said that they're going to have to check and count how much they received back because if they were short the 25 extra flat where silverware and glassware that they were going to have to charge me. Right away he's accusing me of not returning the full 100. I made it very clear that all I received was for 75 people. He then supposedly called his warehouse people and said that they said that they receive the full hundred. How in the world did they receive the full 100, when all they did was deliver for 75 people!!!!!!! Basically he ends up telling me that it's my word against his warehouse people. They made a mistake and refuse to acknowledge it and refund me my money. *** I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO LOOK ELSE WHERE WHEN PLANNING AN EVENT*** I hope everyone reading this does the same! read more

Everything is clean, and when I rent dishes, they are always sealed in saran wrap so you know no dust got on anything. One time a couple of glasses got broken during delivery, and they had someone deliver replacements before the event the next day. We used Party Solutions this weekend for tables, chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, and beverage jars for a large outdoor party last weekend, March 15, 2015. Tiffany was very helpful on the phone and knew the inventory well- we were looking for round tables with umbrellas which most rental places don't have- and we had a tight budget and deadline as well to pull it all together. The equipment was clean and in good repair, and worked perfectly for our party. Delivery was right when promised and the crew placed things, cheerfully, where we needed them.
