We met at a bridal expo and he just held himself very professionally and could answer and explain anything we asked him about. We left knowing that we wanted to book him. Jonathan did amazing at the wedding. He kept the party alive and translated and was able to flow the music so well that the dance floor was full the entire night! My wife asked me to hire a wedding coordinator when we started planning our wedding and honestly I didn't want to spend the money on it. Boy I wish we hired Lisa out front. Lisa has all her stuff so easy to follow and fill out it was great. Only thing I regret is we hired her 3 months before our wedding when we should've from the start. So we had to fill her in on what we did and who we hired. Lisa did great. She took care of everything. She even started the Víbora De La Mar. She's so easy to talk to and made sure everything was stress free and easy going on our big day.She talked to our vendors and she got everyone lined up and ready to go for our special day. If there were any problems we didn't hear about them because she took care of it. Thank you Jonathan and Lisa you both did a wonderful job. Our day was perfect and we couldn't recommend them enough!

We went back again the next week & they explained that the glaze hadn't been properly covered on my (mug) project. So when I hand washed my mug it looked like it had cracks all over it. The next time I hand washed it the handle broke off. I'm so sad after spending several hours making the memory /spending the $ with my daughters. (Their projects did turn out ok)

The parking lot is very spacious…read more The inside features multiple lanes, bar-styled seating to eat and watch bowlers, a concession stand, and a small arcade. Memory Lanes also has a party room which is big enough for a child's birthday party. I think the best part about Memory Lanes are their prices. It's really affordable to bowl and the food isn't that expensive and it's actually pretty good. On Wednesdays, they host a plethora of mentally handicapped bowlers. I think it's a great place because they support the community and they even have specials for kid's bowling. The reason why I'm giving Memory Lanes four stars s because the lanes become stuck sometimes. The second time it got stuck, it took almost 30 minutes to fix. Memory Lanes is clean, but not completely clean. Some of the arcade machines were a bit dusty and some areas looked like they needed to be vacuumed. Overall, it's a good place to go for a little fun. This worked out perfectly for me. They presented their ideas to me on a Pinterest board and I was able to give them feedback as to different changes that I wanted. They delivered the flowers in tact and perfectly. The flowers remained beautiful all throughout the ceremony and reception. I will definitely use Tiger Garden again, if I need!

I have rented two different times from A-1. Once for a dinner party and another time for my…read morewedding. My husband stopped by A-1 to pick-up linens, chairs and tables for a dinner party at our home. I had prepaid for all of the items. When he arrived, they couldn't find our order and gave off the impression that my husband was in the wrong. They had to have three different sales associates look for the order to find it. They loaded up my husband's car with the items. Once he arrived home, we realized they didn't give us the table cloths. We he returned to pick up the items, they again acted irritiated with him. For my wedding, we rented chairs and votive candles. The customer service experience was terrible from start to finish. They were very rude to my mother, who was simply trying to understand the charges on her invoice. I spoke with 1 sales associate who seemed like it was her first day on the job. Once we received the chairs, the cushions were covered in stains. I love to support local Columbia businesses, but unfortunately this is one I cannot get behind.

Once she had our money she stopped communicating with us. When we finally were able to talk to her, she lied to us about contacting our vendors. She said she contacted several of them and they denied this. She said she would send us a schedule and other information on disk. Each time she promised to send it by a certain time, she didn't. We never did get one. Several of our vendors said they had heard other complaints about her. We fired her because she created more stress for us, not less. We had an amazing wedding without her
