This shop is the absolute best! I wish I knew of it sooner, it's easily become one of my favorite…read moreshops and recommend to anyone who absolutely loves miniature things. Whether it's dollhouse, diorama, book nook, etc needs. They have EVERYTHING you can think of in miniature form here. I can truly spend hours in there. Super unique, you won't regret it. I just wish it was open more days outta the week but I always look forward to taking a visit and you will too. Trust

Possibly the worst customer service ever!!! As soon as we walked in there they all turned around…read moreand wouldn't let us browse in peace. There was a very rude lady who I repeatedly had to tell that we don't need help looking. She kept coming up to us and it made me so uncomfortable. I've came to this shop several times and have spent $1000s of dollars but this is the absolute LAST time I give them my business. I bought what I wanted because I had promised my kids and this I didn't want to break my promise. But I drew the line at this: the lady once AGAIN asked (in a rude manner) directly to my daughter "do you need help, don't ignore me you're being extremely RUDE" to where I calmly said to her, "my daughter has AUTISM" I told her don't take it personal if she doesn't speak, and the lady snapped and left. After I bought my stuff she still wouldn't acknowledge her mistake and said "take care of these items" like it doesn't concern her if I want to throw the items to the trash or melt them, I'll do whatever I want with my stuff. She then said "these are expensive" and I said I know because I've been there several times. I then told her again that she should really be mindful about children with special needs. She gave me excuses not acknowledging her rude behavior.... I remained calm and didn't stoop to her level. She finally apologized when I just looked at her quietly. I wouldn't recommend this second hand smelling place. It smells bad everything is expensive and they're all snobby to the customers. I felt disgusted. I don't know how they remain in business with that rancid attitude. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Overpriced cheap things.

Such a cute gift shop and home goods / clothing store in Camarillo. I love a thriving local…read morebusiness that isn't a chain and gives the community a little sparkle. Came into Lindy Loops looking for a birthday gift for a friend. While I didn't find the exact gift for her I was thrilled to see so much cute stuff here. The two gals working here were super nice and welcoming. They offered to help me if needed and just made the shopping experience A+ by how friendly and attentive they were when I did have questions. This store has a little bit of everything. Home goods - like candles, blankets and pillows. Clothing primarily for women. Also jewelry, bags and hats. The store is bigger then it looks from the outside. I really enjoyed looking around and seeing all of the cute little treasures they have. The owners informed me that they will soon be moving just across the street so make sure to keep a lookout for that. Sounded like they could be moving in a month? Right now they are located in the shopping center in Camarillo by Yolanda's. They will hop right across to the center with the Ralph's. It's really nice to have a cute gift shop in Camarillo and they've been open a few years now. Definitely go support if you can. I know I'll come back to look around again soon.

If there is a perfect gift shop in Camarillo, then Lindy Loops is it. I have had the pleasure to…read moresee it evolve from pop-ups up and down Ventura County to a sweet little storefront to now another beautiful (seemingly larger) storefront next to Ralph's. From handmade knitted and resin items (blankets, scarves, coasters, trays, etc.) to goods from other local and talented businesses (books, candles--the assortment is amazing, clothing), it has all that I need for gifts, souvenirs, and happily, treats for myself! I've even bought a children's book and baby toys here. Pricing is affordable. The things that are on the more expensive end are reasonably so due to the craftsmanship of the product and the quality. Love watching their journey unfold and supporting such a thoughtfully designed and adorable shop. I highly recommend!

Great little space to start your tour - or, in our case, end your tour - of Heritage Square,…read moreOxnard. This former house, now a lovely business, offers plenty of room to relax with a delightful beverage, some engaging conversation, and a bit of gift shop gazing. Hungry? No problem! The accommodating staff will let you know what they recommend for a quick bite, or a satisfying meal. Plenty of locals were here on the day we popped in, working on laptops, discussing presentations/proposals, and enjoying a book with their mocha, cozied up in a comfy chair. We were looking for a quick, easy bite and some caffeine before we moved to our next location. Splitting a ham & cheese on fresh sourdough, then each getting a bevvie(he likes a cup o' Joe in the afternoon, but I had a delicious spiced Chai with whole milk) was a perfect little snack to keep us revved up. What a lovely way to chill out, or be productive! Parking is free on the street, and also in a lot on the opposite side the square. I love that they also support other local, small businesses and artists with some of the items they have for sale. I couldn't resist a bag of kettle corn for just $6 and then read the label that it was produced in a fully licensed local, private kitchen. Lic and expiration date, as well as ingredients and location of manufacturer were clearly stated on the packaging, making me feel real comfortable about my purchase and support of local businesses. How cool to have a business that provides space for other, even smaller businesses! I already was thinking about the friends I was eager to share this great little spot with, in hopes they too will enjoy and return with their friends. And so on, and so on, and so on! Cheers! "CC"

This one star is for some of the beautiful crystal art and unique gifts they have! Unfortunately…read morethe customer service is awful!!! My teenage daughter bought us gifts from this store. We love the crystal trees we got but my husband's dragon was broken on the face area and the broken part was not inside the box which means it was previously broken. When I enter the store and told the cashier she directed me to a gentleman that literally told me to calm down when I was giving my explanation. I have over 20 yrs in customer service and sales. You never tell an unsatisfied client to calm down. You let them explain their dissatisfaction. Btw I'm a very intense person when I'm expressing myself so there was no need for that. But it gets worse. I was on the phone with my daughter and mistakenly heard there was another store downstairs where in fact is at the corner next to target upstairs so the gentleman said you didn't buy here when I have the email receipt see attached pic. This is the second strike in bad customer service. Then he takes me to the corner store where there is an older lady the owner I'm guessing. So again trying to explain to her and they start saying things in Spanish well guess what ? Español es mi primer idioma. Spanish is my first language! They were basically saying they don't sell broken stuff. So told them my daughter didn't break it or has a reason to lie. They agree to hand it to me outside the store and the lady threw the box at me!!! Third an final strike. They will never see a dime from me ever again!!! There no American Vision about they way they treat you!
