Small store, but pretty packed with stuff. For some reason this place always seems to be closed when I am in the area. Finally was able to stop in one early saturday and enjoyed browsing. There's a lot of party supplies in here only 1/2 for a first birthday but other than that there's so many themes and fun items and the prices were also pretty good. The one birthday topper I saw was actually cheaper than party city! They offer plenty of services I could tell but I was in and out. read more

This is always my first party stop place because they have what other stores have but better prices. The downfall is that the store is small so the options are limited. It is totally worth stopping and checking out what they have before going to the bigger party store chains. I was able to pick up some blow up balloons that I am using to make a high chair garland and party favor toys for my nephews birthday cheaper than at the other stores. read more

For a decent store filled with party supplies, you can't compare this to Party City which is the closest "diverse" party supply store in the 805. I had a hard time finding a store that sold numbers in aluminum balloons. Before I went here, I went to Party City & they were out of the number "1" in the colors I needed. Thanks to my co-worker, she told me to go to Party Supply Depot which was not my first visit. I just didn't know they sold the numbered balloons! * Location: Next to dollar tree, dd discounts, chase bank, etc. the plaza where Rite Aid is on Ventura Road. It's a small, low key party store, but a well equipped one! * Service: Shout out to NANCY! She took my preorder via phone call the day before I needed the balloons. Super sweet gal that took my name, order, time, & date of pick up. You have to pay on the phone & go in the store to sign the receipt as you pick up. When I went in this place changed! It's more organized with more employees. The registers used to be right by the door, but now they took it out, put it on the left side & made more room for cards, balloons, piñatas, & all the supplies you can think of. I bought more latex balloons by the bag & the service I received from the girl behind the registers was super mellow & sweet. Mom n' pop shop serving north Oxnard area. Located on Ventura Rd. between Albertsons & Rite Aid. Mrs. Olivia is one of the owners who is an amicable woman, helpful whenever we visit. They have an inventory similar to Party City, just not as voluminous. Many of your party needs can be fulfilled here but no costumes or candy. Lots of mylar balloons and pinata options. They are located by a Dollar Tree and Albertsons so a lot of food stuff and additional party favors could be found there, so its still possible to have a "one stop shopping" kinda thang. Nice thing about this vendor is that they rent chairs & tables: 95 cents/chair (white). $7.50/table (white). No delivery though. If you rent on Saturday you keep them til Monday, no extra charge (They're closed on Sundays). read more

Not always guaranteed but the times I've been here i get everything I'm looking for! I like this store because if I can't find something on stock, they try to order it for you so it can here on time for your party. Prices are good and sometimes cheaper than you think, compared to party city or other party places, especially with balloons. More than 200 designs and for every occasion!! They always bring new items, which is really cool because you get a nice variety. For my Hispanic community, they carry a LARGE selection of piñatas, and offer custom made options. They also have a great selection of Mexican candy, and everything you need for the piñata like the stick, bandana, confetti, etc. They also rent tables and chairs, so it is a one-stop place for the party! Customer service is really good, the owner and workers are always helping me out. Highly recommend to check this out! read more

What a great place! I had my own fancy balloons and was on my way to have them inflated at Party City for $1.50/each (robbery!) when I came upon Party Supply Depot on Yelp, called and discovered they charge $0.80/each, plus it was half the distance. The two girls working were so nice and took such care with my balloon bunches. They even showed me two options and let me pick which I liked. Support small businesses and do your party supply shopping here instead of Party City! read more

I've been a customer since they open but recently went back to the store this month. I think with Party City being remodeled, they're busier than ever, bust still help you as always. They offer preorder balloon arrangements, which I should've done, knowing how busy it's been. Small store with lots of choices! Currently they are to the left of DD's Discounts..but will be moving to the right of them. I got a fantastic nautical set of balloons and some centerpieces. The Manager is friendly and knows her stuff. They gave me recommendations and helped me with timing. Stuff I ordered was on time. I even called and asked if possible could they move the time sooner. They did, then let me know when it was ready. Much easier than going to a big giant party store. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I had the manager arguing back and fourth with me, when I tried to retrieve product I had left behind. She was very unprofessional and didn't know the meaning of customer service. She basically said it was my fault for leaving it and even with my receipt they couldn't give me a new product. Save yourself from the trouble and go to party city. Where the workers and professional and understand the meaning of customer service. I use to go to the place for all my party supplies but after being treated the way I did by their so called "manager" I will never be back. You have better luck and getting your party supplies from the dollar tree next door or party city. read more

Very disappointed with establishment.... Called a day before to find out about hours of operation because I was in need of some supplies but when I arrived at the time they "opened", it was closed. I waited around for about 15 mins and no one showed up. Lucky for me their was a Dollar Tree next door so I managed to find something there. Very disappointing......
