The receptionist has bro personality, I went to book a 11:45am online but didn't want to leave my card number. So I told her I'd drive down. She said if it was booked before I got there I'd loose my chance. I was ok with that. When I pulled into the parking lot she called me and said they couldn't do it. That it was booked. I had a gift card that was never used, she checked the balance and said it had $35. A massage is $140 if you're a non member. It's only $80 if you commit to their shitty plan. Avoid this place and their terrible customer service.
