When you're paying between $15-$20 per balloon, you would expect it to last at least a week. I don't know what they're doing wrong, but either the quality of the balloons is really bad or their helium isn't great I really don't know but it's just been very disappointing. And with all of that being said, there's always usually one girl at the front who takes forever trying to help you and ring up people at the same time or they tell you they don't have the balloons you're looking for and you're forced to pick a different style. The overall experience between the wait times the poor quality and the non-existing balloon styles is just way too time consuming and stressful for something that should be very simple. If you're looking for balloons go elsewhere.

Went to purchase some balloons for a New Year's party, there was a display of 6 balloons of gold, silver and black. Loved it and asked for the same color theme. Which If they weren't on DISPLAY I would 100% understand they could not make it that way. However the Lady working at the register was a very unprofessional and rude person arguing with a paying customer over one balloon that I requested of what was being DISPLAYED! According to her I could not have 2 black , 2 gold and 2 silver balloons because then there would be one less color for the next person. When there was that same color way in display beside me!! All I wanted was my balloons to match and she wanted to sell me a mismatch. I never had such a bad experience in any of the previous times I have shopped and it sucks that this is the type of people working at a store where they have to talk to customers and be the face of the store. The Spanish lady however is a wonderful and helpful lady and thanks to her I was able to leave with the balloons I wanted that were on display.

The items that are a dollar are marked $1.09 as the tax is already included so you already know what you're paying before getting to register. The building is part of Queens Center so their hours are the same.
