You will find everything you need for your party here all in one place including balloons... but you're going to pay! It's a very big store packed with party supplies! Actually it's pretty impressive to have a store of this size just dedicated to parties. Really you can find anything here. I went here to get party supplies for my father who turned 90 years old. I actually had a choice of different plates and napkins with the number 90 on it. Obviously I would not find these specific items anywhere else. Another thing is they have party balloons here, and they do them on the spot! No need to call ahead and reserve. In fact you can pick out the exact balloons you want. Just can't beat this, very convenient. Any party you can think of you can find supplies here for, including Mardi Gras's, princess party anything. My issue with this store is the prices. Yes I certainly expect to pay a premium for this convenience. I also know that you can find what you need here. Really the store should have 4 stars due to a high premium price. But honestly some prices here are outrageous, forcing me to lower them 2 stars. For example if you want a certain color drinking cup, let's say red to match your party supplies, the price here is way higher than at a grocery or club store. They really mark up the napkins, plates and cups much higher than necessary. They are all rude and have zero customer service skills. They charged me for balloon and I explained I needed it to be table height. After I already made my transaction she told me to pick a weight. So I did and she said okay I will write the slip, I said no, no I paid! Because I thought it was included in what I had already purchased. The girl behind the counter asked the manager about it and she said it was extra. I said but I explained what I needed why did nobody ask me while I was paying because I did not want to charge $2.00 for this. After excusing her team for being young, I asked well are you the manager? She said yes, I said that is no way to run your business. She just kept saying, what, excuse me? This is the worst place I've ever given business to. I bought a 15 dollar balloon that was supposed to sing and didn't ever work. The manager said she'd replace the balloon when the party was already over. I asked for a refund, not even for the whole purchase just for the broken balloon. I had the worst experience there today!!!! I arrived 5 minutes after the ballon counter was closed. I was told that I could not order balloons, meanwhile there were 6 employees just standing around and doing NOTHING!!!! The manager was a complete B. she turned the lights out in the aisle I was in, as I was shopping. I always go there for my party needs, but never again! I made an order for a banner for a holiday party. A proof was sent over to approve the order, which I responded promptly to make sure Adam would have the banner ready in time. The order was placed 5 days ahead of the party. On Sunday, when I went to pick up the banner I was appalled to find out that there was no banner. The woman working there handled the situation very rudely and claimed that I had not approved the banner in time for it to be printed. They were unable to refund me that day. I returned a few days later to receive my refund and I got my money back but the lady refused to apologize for their mistake. I will not be returning to this Party Fair. read more

The owner is nasty! My disabled son was trying to blow up a balloon that we were not purchasing so she snatched it and threw it in the trash. She told the girl taking my balloon order to charge me for the balloon. When I told her I would like the balloon added to my order if they are charging me she laughed, picked it up out of the trash and threw it in my pile. HORRIBLE customer service . DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On thursday 7/24 I dropped off a box to be used for a gender reveal party on Sat 7/26 at the Freehold location. I had my doctor circle the color of the balloons I needed based on the sex (purple or blue) and seal it in an envelope. I explained what needed to be done to the girls at the balloon counter, which they replied that they have done this so many times. I picked up the box on Sat, still not knowing the gender. I opened the box in front of 60 of my friends and family and my very expensive catered party. Blue balloons came out. We were so excited. Later that night I checked the paper (because they gave it back to me, but I did not look as I wanted to be surprised) AND PURPLE WAS CLEARLY CIRCLED. NOt only was it circled, the technician also wrote 'congrats' and put a smiley face NEXT TO THE PURPLE. THE BALLOONS WERE WRONG. My entire party, my entire excitement, my entire emotions were completely ruined because of the error made by one of your employees. I am disgusted, angered and appalled that this happened. It was a simple direction, very clearly laid out and I was assured they knew what to do. THis is my first child and i wanted to do something special and now all my pictures and videos are of BLUE balloons and not purple. I went to the store and they refunded my money and gave me purple balloons. HOwever this does not even come close to making up for the error that was made. I will never ever use one of your stores again. I am in absolute shock and your company completely ruined the excitement of my little girl.
