Jordan was MORE than patient with me during all phases of the planning (and believe me, I was ALOT). They served beer and wine and Hors D'Oeurves. Everything was fantastic. We basically made the Inn our base for the weekend. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. We were blessed with perfect weather and everyone hanging on the porch was priceless. Even the littles attending enjoyed the chickens in the yard and Miss Eleanor was the perfect hostess to people under 4 feet tall. Everyone getting together set the tone for the wedding the following day which was as spectacular at the local Brick & Mortar. Clayton is absolutely charming and the Inn is a spectacular addition. Extremely unprofessional. She said it was because after calculating cost it wouldn't cover the cost of everything. We were told $900. She should have honored that price regardless of her miscalculation. The prices were posted on her website!!! Very unacceptable business practice. If you want to feel unimportant and be charged extra over night, by all means go for it.

We loved it. I am so used to a "fancier" spot such as Kings at North Hills, but I would come back here over Kings now that I have been! Everyone that worked there was friendly. The space is huge, and they have many lanes. You don't feel like you are on top of each other, which is nice. I believe it was about $30 for all of us to play two games/get shoes, which is not bad at all! They have a huge arcade type space with plenty of games and even a small ride that mimics the Himalaya at the N.C. State Fair! You can play games, earn tickets, and they have a full force prize booth! It's pretty cool! There is an incredibly extensive food menu, and they have decent drink options as well; beer, wine, soda, juice, water, etc. The only food we got were the chicken tenders, and although frozen I actually asked the woman the brand. They also do a corn maze and have a pumpkin patch around Halloween that we did once. Fear Farm: They have multiple little haunted houses and a hayride. You can get tickets for one house/ Hay ride or all of the events. Lights on the Neuse: You get your tickets, jump on a little trailer and they take you through the lights. The ride is about 15 minutes long. They also have firepits and you can roast marshmallows and get hot chocolate to enjoy. Corn Maze/ Pumpkin Patch: They have this every fall. You can pick your own pumpkins and enjoy the corn maze where they will give you points to find in the maze. They also have a concession stand open with drinks and snacks since it gets hot this time of year. We got the caramel apple flower, which is basically a granny smith cut and drizzled with caramel and whipped cream.

She gave her input on different ideas and worked within our budget. My Husband and I didn't stress about anything. I felt like the attention she gave me that I was the only bride she was dealing with. She kept me updated with her conversations with other vendors. She was extremely efficient with responding to my questions. and emails. Looking back, I do not know how people plan weddings without a professional planner. I am so happy Nicole planned my reception, and she will be used again. Obviously, not for another wedding of mine, but future showers and parties.
