Kayce and Joanie were the PERFECT pair to pull this off. They were creative, fast, communicative, and - most of all - loving and caring. The outdoor ice cream social they coordinated could not have gone any more smoothly. They calmly resolved the few problems that arose without batting an eye; they retained their unquestioned "can do" attitude. They have the event planning expertise and connections that you want when hosting any important event. AND, they are a real pleasure to work with! However, I also think it's important to be honest about my experience as a bride. I first discovered TG Floristry after seeing the owner deliver arrangements at another establishment, and I loved her work. I booked her for my wedding bouquet and boutonniere/pocket arrangement for my husband. Early on, she showed me an inspiration bouquet she thought would fit my vision, but afterward I emailed her a completely different reference photo that better reflected what I actually wanted. She acknowledged the updated inspiration, and at no point did she mention any issue with the change or indicate she planned to use the original design instead. We also discussed coordinating flowers for my wedding cake, especially since she and my cake vendor knew each other and planned to collaborate on finishing touches. All of these conversations happened months before my wedding, so I felt confident everything was aligned. Unfortunately, on my wedding day, things went very differently. When I arrived for pickup, she was about 15 minutes late, and when I saw the bouquet, I was immediately devastated because it was not the bouquet I had requested or envisioned. When I brought this up, she referenced the original inspiration photo she had shown me months earlier, even though I had clearly communicated that I wanted a different style afterward. At that point, my wedding was only a few hours away, and she mentioned being backed up with prom orders and another wedding later that evening. I realized there wasn't realistically time to remake it, so I took the bouquet because I had no other option. Later that day, I emailed her expressing how disappointed I was and requested a partial refund. What upset me further was that instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, she argued that she didn't believe she had done anything wrong. She eventually agreed to refund $70 of the $220 total and said it would take 3-5 days. After a week passed with no refund, I had to follow up myself. I then received an explanation that honestly felt dismissive, along with a new statement that she had supposedly not charged me for cake flowers and deducted $10 from the refund amount. This had never been discussed previously, so receiving only $60 instead of the agreed $70 felt frustrating and unprofessional. Again, the bouquet itself was pretty. But it was not the bouquet I requested for my wedding day, and the communication and customer service afterward left me feeling unheard and disrespected during a very important moment in my life.

We knew her focus was on her customers: the bride and groom and this planning was about marriage. She has her priorities straight in this world that often finds wedding vendors thinking of you and your special day as their art project and their vision. Trust me...we met enough crazy vendors during the wedding process to know someone with their head on straight about marriage! Priscilla made our wedding come together in wonderful ways! Our wedding was everything we ever dreamed of and more. She helped us mostly with day of planning, selecting and communicating with vendors and making recommendations throughout the process. During wedding planning crazy-ness she made myself and my mom feel comfortable with all aspects of the process. Being a project manager and graphic designer at a busy publishing company, I had little time to focus on the smaller details of the wedding. I wish she could still help me plan out my weeks at work!! Priscilla had an answer and a solution to any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend having a day of coordinator at the very least! My mom and dad wanted to enjoy the wedding and not worry about details like making sure the caterer arrived on time, everyone walked down the aisle in order, coordinating the setup of the ceremony, dismissing tables to eat, etc. And things you think won't go "wrong" will sometimes. It doesn't matter how many spreadsheets or phone calls you make before the wedding either. For instance, the cake my husband and I were to cut didn't arrive for whatever reason from the baker. Priscilla was there to fix it on the spot. She was so calm and came over while we were eating dinner and asked us what our favorite cupcake flavor was. Priscilla quickly re-organized the cake cutting into a cupcake cutting! I was so caught up in the joy of marriage, love, being surrounded by family and friends that I totally forgot we had ordered a smash cake to cut! Priscilla made it work without it being a big deal. It all worked out as we got to enjoy the cake the next week when the baker delivered it! And, as a project manager myself and working with 60+ clients at a time...she does work on your wedding behind the scenes and as certain deadlines near, she will respond promptly and you'll find your concern was already taken care of. I don't respond within 1 hour of my clients calling me about their project that is printing in 6 months or in a year. Of course, I do try to respond within a few days, but like everyone else in the world your best friend is prioritization! Just make sure you have your expectations in order when booking any vendor wedding or what have you in your life. I highly recommend Priscilla and her team. She is very personable and knows what weddings are truly about! Plus, she gets stuff done! :-)

She was early to all of our meetings which is a big plus! She was very attentive & got to know us so that she could incorporate aspects of our personality into our ceremony. Every little idea she came up with thoroughly impressed us. She worked very well with our budget, using her various connections to get us the highest quality at the lowest price. She spent alot of time listening to our ideas and making suggestions. Our ceremony was a dream come true. Priscilla saw to each detail so that we were virtually worry-free the entire day.She is amazing at what she does and is destined for greatness in her field. For someone so young, she is extremely dedicated, professional and passionate. We would recommend her for any event you plan on having people talk about for weeks, months & years!

Myesha handled every single part of our wedding day to perfection. That included buy is not limited to, working with caterers, dj, venue staff, pastor, wedding party etc.. To coordinating the busing of the wedding guests to and from the facility, picking up and delivering the cake, coordinating with the photographers and so on . You name it she was a part of it. She took care of everything that my wife and I needed as well as the things we never knew we needed. I would recommend her for anyone who is getting married or having an event and needs someone to coordinate things. She is so nice, so easy to work with, and all of our vendors could not stop talking about her. When anyone asked me anything on my wedding day, I said "ask Myesha" and she took care of it. She even texted me on the day of my wedding and told me the weather was predicted to be nice enough for the outdoor garden ceremony! Rehearsal, the day before the wedding, was very organized and ran efficiently. Jennifer was on top of everything and executed everything seamlessly on my wedding day, as well. She handled a potentially crisis situation with the flowers with ease and I never even know about it until after the wedding was over. She communicated with all my vendors and organized an extremely detailed timeline for everyone to follow on the wedding day, which made everything go so smoothly. She came by and checked on us periodically throughout the wedding reception to ensure we had everything we wanted to eat and drink. She also packed us a "to go" box for us to eat later on!
