Since we are in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Party City is closed as it is not an essential service. However this review is from pre-Covid-19 times. This Party City in Orleans does not seems as spacious as the ones on Cyrville or on Merivale, but it's still pretty good and I've gotten some great deals here. I love costumes and am always looking to add to my inventory, so I love just poking around Party City especially around Halloween. At the beginning of Halloween season they tend to clear out the previous year's models of costumes, so I've gotten sales before Halloween. And of course, after Halloween there's a big blowout sale as well. They have a lot of items in-store that are not on their website, so definitely worth an in-person visit. They have lots of party supplies as well, but I just go there for the costumes. They do have lots of party favours for kids and lots of themed items like Disney Princesses, Dora the Explorer, Paw Patrol, etc. They also have a great selection of PEZ dispensers, for any collectors, lol. read more

This place is actually very disappointing. Came here for balloons. Actually was the last time what are you doing me setting the foot here ! If you want gift accessories for cheaper, they have the same at Real Canadian Superstore for half price. They made me wait 15 minutes at cash before they started blowing up my balloons and I was the only customer in the store. Like dude, I can't breathe here with my mask already.. Not enough help offered either when you're shopping for stuff. Employees could be a bit more enthusiastic and less stuck up. read more

I went here looking for some New Year's Eve goodies to wear. They had an incredible selection. I was looking for a top hat and I found plenty of variety of them. If you've never been to party city, think of it as you are hosting a party and you need supplies. This is basically a one stop shop place for party supplies; from goodie bag for birthdays, to New Year's Eve, to Halloween, Saint Patty day, etc. Sounds like an awesome place, right? Then why am I giving it a 3 star you ask...basically if you are budget conscious you can find all the things you need else where, for example The Dollar-store, Walmart, Giant Tiger at lower prices. I love me a good party store, and I've been to quite a few. I was a bit disappointed to find this one just didn't seem to live up to the hype of the others I've shopped at. Grant you, we went on the day before New Years eve, but I just wasn't that impressed with their selection. It seemed a bit unorganized, and it was kind of chaotic. They amount of stock they have is mind boggling, so I understand that it's a lot to cram in a somewhat small space, but I feel like maybe if it was a bit bigger it wouldn't come off as so cluttered. Anyway, we came looking for specific party hats for New Year's Eve. I wanted a miniature top hat on a headband, which I've seen at a zillion places, but of course they didn't have any. They did have a great selection of party hats though, I will say that! The prices here are much higher than say, a dollar store, but it you're having a themed party and live in Orleans, it might be your best bet. Customer service was great. read more

I bought a bouquet of balloons at Party City on Tenth Line (Innes Rd). The balloons lasted ONE DAY ONLY. They should have lasted 5 to 7 days. The kids were very disappointed. read more
