This Party City in Orleans does not seems as spacious as the ones on Cyrville or on Merivale, but it's still pretty good and I've gotten some great deals here. I love costumes and am always looking to add to my inventory, so I love just poking around Party City especially around Halloween. At the beginning of Halloween season they tend to clear out the previous year's models of costumes, so I've gotten sales before Halloween. And of course, after Halloween there's a big blowout sale as well. They have a lot of items in-store that are not on their website, so definitely worth an in-person visit. They have lots of party supplies as well, but I just go there for the costumes. They do have lots of party favours for kids and lots of themed items like Disney Princesses, Dora the Explorer, Paw Patrol, etc. They also have a great selection of PEZ dispensers, for any collectors, lol.

The most convenient part about this location is it is close by to my residence. The selection at Party City is very great because there is a great variety of cool accessories and costumes. The value at this location was good and my only critique is you lower the prices on some of the costumes and accessories. For the reasons I have stated in this review, I highly recommend you consider visiting this location.

Disney Princess party? I'm good. Superheroes? Oh yeah! Fairy Tales? Pirates? Steampunk? Check, check and check, lol. Party City is an awesome place to pick up Halloween costumes! Their regular priced costumes are on the pricey side but they have great sales. I got a Strawberry Shortcake costume there for $4.99! And it came with a mini hat fascinator and socks (in addition to the dress). You can't even get regular socks alone for $4.99 nowadays! Truth be told, I already had a Strawberry Shortcake costume, but the hat that came with it was a bonnet that looked like a shower cap. Mini hat fascinator is totally more my style, so I actually bought the second costume more for the accessories, but the accessories alone would be more than $4.99 at other places like Spirit Halloween, Monster Halloween, etc. Anyway, Party City is my favourite place for Halloween costumes. They are also awesome for party supplies. They have so much themed stuff. All milestone birthdays, retirement, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation, wedding, etc. They also have tons for items for kid's parties including party favours. And lots of mylar balloons. Some items are quite reasonable in price and some items are on the expensive side, in my opinion. I usually just buy stuff that's on sale or clearance, haha. Staff are nice and helpful. Not a great experience with Party Time Rentals. The prices are quite steep, and to have 10 very…read moresmall items and a few tablecloths delivered was $120. The items themselves were over $300, so for almost $500 total, I thought the items would be really nice, and in great shape. The items that were arrived were pretty - candelabras were partly bent, and the pieces on each candelabra were very loose and wobbly, which meant the candles didn't stay straight. Not all the table cloths were the same colour or material (as I had ordered) and some were stained. Another item I ordered was clearly taped together with packing tape and looked very cheap as a result. The items as they are listed on the website, as well as the quotes I was given were a little deceiving - the "glass lamp fixture" it not a lamp at all - it is a candle stick with a shade. The candelabras are quoted as being $8.75 each, but does not include the cost of the glass votives you need for each (at $1.65 each, with 5 per candelabra). So really, each candelabra works out to be over $16 - would be nice to know that from the start. Overall, the cost doesn't seem anywhere proportional to the quality of product you get. 7 candelabras, 5 small candelsticks, 5 table cloths, and 5 table runners for almost $500, and most of the items were in poor condition and just looked all together cheap. Really disappointing! They are also only open Monday-Friday 9-5 so it's a little hard to plan around if you work during the day.
