My new go-to store for party favors, decorations, costumes, and treats. The store is organized well, stocked well, and is clean. I don't feel it's expensive. I've purchased items in it for Christmas, New Years, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and birthdays so far. It's a fun place to browse and the staff are nice and helpful. Amber, Brandon, and the store manager were all very helpful and offered creative suggestions when I stopped in to create a balloon bouquet to celebrate a friend's PhD. Great place to find everything and anything to make an event special. Unfortunately the service was poor. I went in at 10 am to order and pay for balloons for a special occasion because the online ordering doesn't permit you to leave requests about how to group balloons or anything else, and you can not order over the phone anymore. We agreed on a 3 pm pickup although I said I might be late. At 3:30 the balloons were not done. Instead of getting right on it, the sales clerk answered a phone call and helped that person while I stood there. Then two staff members came and quickly filled the order, but I didn't get the fixative I paid for (balloons were flat in 12 hours), and I didn't get attractive groupings of balloons for Center pieces; I got 8 balloons all tied with white ribbon the same length. We had to have our guests retie the balloons at varied heights and curl the ribbons. Stuff happens and I understand, but I got no apology, no extra effort, and walked away feeling like this was pretty typical. And that's what leads me to leave a mediocre review. Just brought 'halloween' costumes at party city in Frandor. The manger, Adriana, was so rude. She left us waiting at the register for 10 min before even helping us and was clearly irritated that she had to deal with us. I attempted to use a coupon for 20% off $60 for Halloween items. She insisted that our halloween costumes were not Halloween items and refused to give the discount. She then stormed off leaving the cashier to deal with it. Bless her heart. What a scam! Plenty of other sites to shop for costumes and general supplies. Won't be going there again. They will probably lose more customers if Adriana sticks around. read more

My wife, son and I were recently there. One employee only said talk to a manager. He couldn't answer a single . I don't know how much training they give their staff, but if they can't answer even 1 than God help them. The same employee who couldn't answer a single we saw at the register when going to checkout. He seemed lost there as much as he did on the floor. 1 person was ahead of us a the register, and we ended up being in that line for close to 20 minutes. They could have had someone else there to train this person assuming he was new. They could have sent another employee to run a second register. A person cut in line. They didn't seem to care about customer service. How long must a person wait to get checked out when the only person ahead of them is at the register? If I had to choose between them and any other party store I would pick the other without a second . read more
