Not the best, not the worst. I visited Davids Bridal to try on and purchase a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding. To keep this short & sweet I'll give you a brief overview: -When trying on my dress, the woman helping me never really assisted in any way aside from giving me a room. Other customers helped zip me up because she was with other customers the entire time. -I wasn't told that the dress was discontinued until after I paid for it (which is nonrefundable) -I was told the dress wouldn't arrive until August (purchased in May) which wasn't a big deal until the bride called me and said my dress was going to be deemed as abandoned since I never came to pick it up (in June). They had an incorrect phone number (but did have my email) so I had no idea Overall, these things didn't bother me much because I'm a bridesmaid. If it were my wedding and wedding dress, I would have been disappointed. read more

As a bride, sister, granddaughter and friend, I feel compelled to share my most recent experience with DB. I had made my Grandmother an alterations appointment at the Okemos location & upon her arrival, I was a shocked to receive a phone call indicating DB is refusing to do alterations on her simple dress because she did not have her exact (very exact) shoes she'd be wearing the day of my wedding. now, I know this appointment was something my sweet Grandmother was looking forward to & I could tell in her voice she felt embarrassed and picked on having to reveal why she's always had a hard time shoe shopping, her feet are sensitive and it's always been challenging finding a comfortable shoe & let the seemstress know that more than likely, her tennis shoes were going the shoe of her choice with this dress. she's never wore anything else & would actually prefer to wear her white tennis shoes. I requested to speak with the seemstress and let her know my Grandma wouldn't ever wear a heal or wedge shoe changing the hem line of her dress. Even with explaining to her, this ended not so kindly. My grandma was asked to go shoe shopping and to reschedule her dress alterations appointment & was told she was unable to try on any of DB shoes in store without purchasing them. I hope your team views this as a coaching moment, rather than making someone feel so out of place and as if they were a burden... it would have come across much kinder and helpful to guide my Grandmother. example:" Hi ______ I see that you don't have an extra pair of shoes with you today, do you know what shoes you'll be wearing with your gown? if not, that's alright! I would just suggest that the shoes you end up wearing be awfully similar to the pair you have on today, as the dress adjustments were about to make will be specific to the height of the sole of your shoe, which is ___ inches. This will help ensure your dress fits as best as we can forcast it will today. We appreciate you trusting us and allowing us to be a part of perfecting your gown. thank you for allowing us to be a part of that." This was our first time at David's Bridal. We were shopping for a prom dress. I setup an appointment online, but they didn't have us on the appointment list; I was a bit disappointed in that, but they were quick to get us a small dressing room. The prices are shocking on quite a few of the dresses. I was irked that they didn't take military discounts. I was told that they no longer participate in that because it was being abused. Really? If you don't have a military ID, then don't give customers a military discount...simple as that. I had a $20 off $100 or more coupon that was sent to my email, but I was questioned in an accusatory way on where I had gotten the coupon. WTH? I also don't like the fact that the "days that work best for them" for alterations are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Ummm, I work 40 hours a week and live about 40 miles from the location. Because those days "work best for them" that would mean travelling 25 miles from my job location to pick up the person who needs the alteration and then drive another 40 miles back to their location. It would be best if they had a seamstress on-site that could at least look at what needs to be done so they can give some sort of starting point of what the cost will be. What happened to what works best for the person that just spent hundreds of dollars at your store? The only positive thing I can say about David's Bridal in Okemos is that the girls we worked with were SPECTACULAR. This rating is in NO WAY related to them; those girls rocked it! read more

If I could give negative stars I would have but it made me give one to post this review. David's Bridal is a lying company who sells dresses no where near what you try on. They sell dresses way to big so that you have to pay a fortune to alter. They were so unprofessional it was absolutely ridicules they turned a beautiful moment into the worst day I have ever had. Here is what happened at the David's Bridal Okemos Michigan. This appointment was the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I was so excited to finally pick up my dress today but instead it turned into one of the worst days. For starters I called ahead and made an appointment for 5:00pm to try on my dress and have alter meet with me. They finally got my dress at 5:15pm. I put it on and stood there in my dress that was ordered way to big for 20 minutes waiting for the alter. No one bothered to let me know they were busy, which there was only one other customer there. Once the alter approached me she looked at me just throwing numbers out without even pining or measuring me. She then refused to get me the breast cups for my dress. The dress I received is not the same dress I tried on. This was supposed to be an amazing day, but the experience has left me angry and unhappy $500 in alterations because they did not measure me correctly. My dress was an $1000.00 dress that I now have that looks awful on me, it looks so bad you would of thought they bought it from Wish. Best part of all, dresses are final so I am stuck with a huge dress that I have to spend more money than I wanted to spend on my dress. I booked an appointment with Davids Bridal for my Bridesmaids, and i was beyond disappointed. The attendant was so hyper and over the place that she literally gave all 7 of us major anxiety. She didn't really explain how the Bridesmaids dresses were laid out, so we were left to tackle the racks on our own. She sized one of my bridesmaids wrong... thankfully she already knew her correct size. She also didnt ask questions as to what I was looking for, and she definitely didnt stick around long enough for me to ask her questions..we decided..we would either find a dress somewhere else, or buy the one i liked offline..AS SOON AS THIS WOMAN REALIZED SHE WASNT GETTING A SALE SHE DISAPPEARED. No, is there anything else i can do to help, or i hope you have a good day. My bridal party, mom, and mother-in-law literally walked out the door without even a goodbye. My married friends all tried their best to convince me NOT to check out David's Bridal while making plans to begin searching for a wedding dress. I've always had to learn the hard way, though, and proceeded to stop into this David's Bridal location while in the area to see what they offer in person before making a decision on whether or not to book an appointment. I saw that they carried Vera Wang White gowns at affordable prices online, and was pretty excited about saving some money on what tends to be a huge expense for most brides. I walked around the store for about fifteen minutes and had yet to be approached by any members of the staff - despite there being a huge team of employees there that afternoon. I finally went to the counter and introduced myself to the girl there, and asked her if it would be okay if I took a look at the bridal gowns before booking an appointment, just to narrow down where I'd like to try on dresses. The girl stared at me like I was a huge nuisance and, with a snotty tone, asked me "So, you ARE the bride?" and I told her yes... she asked "When's the wedding?" and I gave her the date and she hesitantly said "I guess that's fine. Just don't take any thing out of the bag." I understand that these kinds of stores probably do get teenagers and non-buyers in all the time, who waste their time trying on gowns. But... I imagine most of those people come in groups and aren't wearing engagement rings and carrying a wedding planner with them. I came in and told her that I specifically WASN'T looking to waste someone's time that day and that I was hoping to schedule an appointment in the near future with officially try on dresses. I was treated like I didn't count... I looked around for another fifteen minutes... truthfully, I didn't like more than one dress in their inventory. Every thing felt cheap and lacked quality (just like my friends said they would). The girls in the shop never even followed up with me, or asked if I'd like to book an appointment as I purposely slow-walked out of there, hoping someone would ask. Only gave it a star because it made me!! I ordered a dress at the store it took them a month to get my dress in store. Tried the dress on and they ordered the wrong size. At first they were telling me oh well not our problem. Then they offered to exchange it for a dress they had in store. I only had two options for dresses in the size I needed and the color I needed I couldn't believe it. This company needs to start making sure people are measured and sized correctly for dresses before they order them. Maybe keep more dresses in stock of every size and style and color. Especially when it is the start of wedding season and prom season!!! read more

Store Manager: Brenda Watts-TWO THUMBS DOWN!!! I'd love to give this place no stars. Mostly because my service complaint is directed to one of the store Managers! It clearly states on the receipt that all sales are final-which I did not read before I signed (my second mistake, the first was obviously setting foot in there in the first place). I didn't walk out with the wedding gown, I had alterations the next week and was told I could leave it there. When I came back a week later and let them know the wedding was being moved (I was pregnant) the Manager was extremely rude and told me I had to take the dress and it could not be returned. I asked if she could make an exception as I had not taken it out of the store and was pregnant and would not be able to wear the dress. She asked me if I had a death certificate! That was the only exception they would make. I was beyond upset. And then she tells me I can just sell the gown online. Aside from her communication with me she was very rude to her staff-I felt bad for them. She was barking orders at them and had no patience. I was not impressed and knew I shouldn't have shopped there in the first place. Lesson learned, the hard way! read more

My experience with DB was awful. The person who did my alteration was 100% inexperienced, she was rude and not helpful in the slightest. She said she couldn't fix the straps and the dress couldn't be taken in since that was how the dress was supposed to be. That is 100% a lie. The dress online and when I tried it on framed completely different than the end product. When I came and picked it up the woman helping me said she could fix the straps! Then she said she could have altered the dress by taking it in and could do it now but it would be an additional $300 for the rush order. UMMMM, it was the girls fault in the first place. i had to rush my dress to another place and pay them extra to alter it and thankfully they were able to fix it for the most part. She literally took a ruler and measured the bottom of my dress all the way around, EVERY LAYER, until she final got to the bustle and another worker came over and said umm you know you can just measure 6-8 points on the dress and the rest will match up.... This was 2.5 hours into my appointment. Also, after all of that the hem was not correct. I was literally slipping on my dress ALLLL night. Then my dress was not ready on time and the staff was super rude about it. The alternations manager was supposed to call me the next day and NO ONE called. I had to call and the person who answered was like oh yeah i was going to call you, the alterations manager is out sick today. Never apologized or anything and rudely cut me off when I tried to get information. I will never go back to DB. We walked in the Okemos location and was given McKennah. She was the rudest, eye rolling, disrespectful twig dressed in black there. She clearly did not want to work with us, and there was no cause for her rudeness. In the middle of semi helping, she would disappear, only to find her with someone else, even though they had their own person assigned to them. I don't know if it was her age or what, but it made the experience so incredibly frustrating. They had 5 rooms available. And only using 2. When we finally got a room, she wanted 2 of our girls in the party to share the room at the same time. 2 girls who did not even know eachother! When we asked, "why can't we use the rooms that aren't being used?" she replied, "I'd have to ask and see if we can". What??? You have a million people in here, and you can't open all the dressing rooms??? I seriously could go on and on about how bad the experience was at this store. We are not asking for much here. But if you want a better experience than us, avoid working with the eye rolling McKennah. Because she will be totally irritated with your presence and the fact she's assigned to help you. read more

I booked an appointment there a couple months ahead of time. I walked in with my mom, sister and grandma, some very special people in my life. A girl came up to me and was pretty nice. She asked me exactly what I was looking for. Most of the dresses she picked out were decent but looked tacky and cheap. She also had two other appointments at that time. So she had to juggle all 3 of us. I tried on a satin dress I liked and I asked if there's anything similar I could try on. She said no and just walked away to her other appointments. There was also a little girl running around, stepping on my dress, trying to get into my room and nobody was doing anything about it. I felt rushed and unimportant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's just a hassle and not good dresses. Out of all the dresses I tried on, I only thought 1 was decent. read more

I went there about a month ago and Abby was the consultant that helped me with finding the perfect dress for my upcoming wedding. She was amazing and very helpful. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and I appreciated that so much. She just knew what I was looking for only after talking with me for a few minutes. Went there today to find my mother a dress and due to a slight mix up Jill the manager made things better and was also a great help, she made my mother's day perfect. They order my wedding dress with a promise of having it by the wedding date, keep in mind I also had to pay for the dress in advance. 6 weeks before the wedding, they call and inform me that the dress isn't going to be on the arrival truck and likely won't arrive in time for alterations. As a result, leaving me dressless 6 weeks before a wedding. Their response to this is "oh, sorry." I've been here 3 different times for different events. Once for my own wedding which I had a low budget and got treated as such. The stylist didn't listen to my budget nor style suggestions and kept leaving and helping another bride leaving me to wait in dresses for her to pull another. Most recently for my sisters wedding they did great with her dress and listening to what she liked but when it came to the bridesmaids the original stylist had to leave for family reasons which was perfectly fine. They passed us off to another stylist who came over with an annoyed and almost inconvenienced attitude and then took off and left us bridesmaids to pick out our own styles. After we got our styles picked out and she was no where to be found. We needed to be measured yet and see if dresses were offered in or size. She was nowhere so we asked another stylist who took over and was amazing. She helped answer any questions we had and was kind and polite. Just seems like the stylists are money hungry and only care about getting a big budget bride/party. read more

My fiancé had her own dress and asked if she could bring it in to try on belts and the two women at the door were very rude almost as if it was an inconvenience for them to help her since she already had her own dress. She then asked where the belt sashes were and they pointed and said "back there" then shrugged her off. My fiancé was very aware that there were customers who had appointments and soon to be brides experiencing their "moment" so she did not expect to be top priority but at least to be treated like a person and not just shrugged off by workers who weren't assisting anyone and just standing there. She then asked for a dressing room and they reluctantly gave her one and walked off. After all this she still wanted to know about shipping times so she went to find them and ask and they told her 1-2 months, which is fine but they walked off directly after and didn't bother to ask what item she would want shipped or even to help. After all this she decided to just go, for this to be a place thats supposed to make people feel good about any purchase whether big or small for their events it was the total opposite. read more

The consultant seemed distracted and uninterested in helping me find the bridesmaid dress I had come to try on. The sizes they offer do not fit me well, so the plan was to order a dress close to my size and then have it tailored. After I placed my order, she said the dress was not likely arrive to the store until mid-July (a couple weeks before the wedding), which was a problem because I was not going to be in Okemos -- I was going to be out of state. The consultant assured me that they could ship it to a different David's Bridal near where I would be in July. I called in June to make sure they had the correct address on file. They assured me as soon as the dress got in that they would ship it to my temporary address. I received a message on June 25th that the dress had come in, and if I had requested shipping, it would be sent shortly. I was relieved that it had come in early, and that I would have enough time to have it tailored. Today, July 21st, I called David's Bridal in Okemos because I have not yet received my order. They confirmed that they had the correct address on file (they did), and said that the dress is ready to be shipped but it is still sitting in their store. They had no explanation as to why it's been sitting in their store for nearly a month. They said the soonest they can get it to me is in a couple days, which means at this point there isn't going to be enough time for the dress to be properly tailored. read more

Not only was the experience itself dull, boring and uneventful, but I later found out that the company sold my information to dozens of other companies! How do I know this for sure? When I made arrangements with David's Bridal it was for my sister's wedding so I used my phone number, email and address but her name. Now, months later, I have received countless phone calls for her stating that she has won _____ or has been selected for makeup or hair trials.... this is literally endless. I also get magazines, offerings and flyers in her name at least 2-3 times a week! As if that weren't enough, David's Bridal sold my email address to other websites and local businesses so now I get obscene amounts of spam email daily about the most random things and new store openings in my area that I could care less about on top the regular junk email that shows up from David's. My advice, if you really want to go here, DO NOT give them your correct contact information! read more

I used David's Bridal for my bridesmaid dresses since I had a few bridesmaids that were out of state and unable to come do a dress fitting. My idea was to pick the color, length, and fabric for the dress and the girls could choose any style they wanted, so they had something they would feel comfortable in. I already had a color in mind, so our appointment was very simple and easy. I came in with my maid of honor, we looked at a few different dresses, and her try on a couple different ones, and made our choices! The staff made everything very easy, and there were not very many other customers there since we came during the week. We made our group and the other bridesmaids only had to go to their local store and they could look up our group to see the color, length, and fabric of dress being used. I also got my shoes from here, dyed to match the color of the bridesmaid dresses, and they turned out perfect! Overall, the process was very simple and easy! read more

We had an appointment with a consultant for bridesmaid dresses. She did not pull a single dress for us. All she did was put our choices by the dressing room and walk away. I have had more attention from salespeople at a regular clothing store. When we had issues finding the right style or color, she was not around to make suggestions. She did try to help find us dresses in other stores because the wedding is so soon. But overall, I would say my consultant was inattentive, unhelpful, and absent for most of the appointment. If you want a helpful consultant, DON'T go to David's. This is not the firs experience I have had with them that turned wrong. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my wedding gown here several months ago. I loved the style, but the store clerk made me get one size bigger than I actually am because my hips were barely into the size 4 category. The dress barely touches my upper body. The only way they could fix it was by adding padding in the chest. I went from maybe an A cup to a C and it looks ridiculous. I have 5 weeks before my wedding and am dreading wearing this dress that even after being altered fits terribly. I can't afford a new dress or several hundred more dollars in alterations. Went in to the David's Bridal located in Okemos, Mi today with my soon to be sister-in-law and 3 of her other bridesmaids. We were greeted when we walked in but were told that we only had an hour. The bride had called a month ago and booked two appointments back to back each for an hour that way we weren't rushed and they never booked the second appointment. We were then told that we would be in Room 1 as soon as our stylist arrived. There was 4 of us and one room. We asked if we could have more rooms and our stylist said she would have to ask. She came back and said we could have another room that was NO WHERE NEAR room 1. We ended up just using rooms near us that no one else was using anyway. I never got the name of our stylist but she was very pleasant and handled the group well. She brought several dresses in a timely fashion and brought different sizes when they were needed. I would give her 4 stars. The one thing she forgot to do was measure us before we picked dresses. She asked what sizes we wore but not all of us knew. Other than that, she was great! After we all found the bridesmaids dress we liked, we asked if they had the brides dress for her to put on so we could see how well they all went together. They only had the dress in a size 8 which was fine because that is the size the bride said she ordered. After she put on the dress and came out, I noticed that it was a bit big. I asked if she was sure they ordered her an 8 and she said yes and that she had already picked it up. As a David's Bridal consultant myself (at the Ann Arbor location), I asked if they measured her first before she purchased or tried on gown. She said she was NEVER measured. Not before. Not during. And not after her fitting!!! Her stylist never even offered for her to try on another size. She was also quoted $500 for alterations due to the detail on the bodice of the dress. I then asked our consultant if they had a size 6 in a different dress by that same designer. She said yes and brought one over for the bride to try on. I helped the bride in to her dress and it fit almost perfectly. It was about a 1/4 inch big around her bust but it fit everywhere else. She began to worry and asked the consultant what she should do to get her dress in the right size. Our consultant said she would have to get the manager (Britney) "to see what they could do since she already took the dress home". I was appalled!! See what they could do!? David's Bridal has a no return policy but can size exchange up to the wedding date if nothing has been done to the dress. The manager came over and stated that she was the manager about 4 times and she knew what she was talking about. She said she was there when the bride picked up her dress and "it fit perfectly and she didn't need any alterations, just a bustle." The bride informed the manager that I worked at a different David's location and I was concerned about the size of the dress and how big it was. The manager again stated that she was the manager there (for a year) and that they take in the dress from the sides and not the back and that there was no need to take it in. When we got back home, I measured the bride and had her put on her wedding gown. It fit just like the one in the store that the manager said was "stretched out because others tried it on". I looked up the measurements for the bride on the David's website and she measure to a 6! A 6!!! That is an entire size down from what the store MADE her purchase and was going to charge her $500 for alterations!!! As a consultant, I would NEVER let my bride leave a store in a dress that does not fit her properly. I also wouldn't let her order a dress without measuring her first. And if I were a manager, I would make sure that all customers left happy and without any concerns. When we left the Okemos store today, that was not the case. We were all unhappy, especially the bride because she had a dress that did not fit her. I informed her that I would be taking this information to my store and asking my manager what can be done. I will never be returning to the Okemos store and I WILL NOT refer brides there either. read more

I came here because I am out of options when it comes to finding a tea-length dress. When I first came in, a nasty woman told me to sit down and fill out a paper. She acted ticked off when I told her that I just wanted a wedding dress...no bridesmaids, no flower girls, no mother's dress...just a wedding dress. Her demeanor almost caused me to leave when she got an attitude about this being a destination wedding and not needing local vendors. I later watched as she was nasty to other customers as well. The only saving grace was the worker she "assigned" us - Tammi. This woman was my style (unlike the others girls who were so frickin' chipper that you wanted to puke). She was calm, she wasn't pushy, she gave great comments, and actually found the dress that I ended up buying. At one point she even encouraged me to take a break from trying on dresses because I was starting to look overwhelmed. When I went to buy the dress though, I got the manager who tried to add on a bunch of extras (normal business practice, I'm sure). An important note was that she was making me promises about alterations and exchanges that aren't on the printed receipt, so I made sure that she wrote down everything she said and made her sign it before I signed any papers. Such an awful experience. I bought a dress (size and length based on the sales associate and seamstress recommendations). First alteration appointment was so bad I had to abort. The woman told me she hated the fabric of my dress, kept poking herself and joking that she wouldn't bleed on my dress, and told me my bustle was ugly. I left and asked to be appointed with someone more experienced. When seeing the alterations manager, she asked me who told me to buy this dress, and that it was too short. She said I'd need to order a new dress and told me it would arrive 8 days before my wedding. I said I was not comfortable with that. She said there are no refunds and ordered me the new dress. I ended up buying a different dress from somewhere else because I couldn't trust that they would come through. When I explained the situation to the store manager, customer service and another "higher up", I was completely dismissed and told all sales are final and there is nothing that can be done. The dress was never worn and still couldn't be returned even after multiple errors on their part. It seems like a smart move to shop at David's for the fact that their prices are more reasonable than a boutique but DON'T DO IT! They are a high volume, high throughput chain that cares only about making a sale. read more

I didn't buy my wedding dress from David's Bridal, but I took my bridesmaids there to find dresses, thinking it would be the easiest option. NOT. We got there and were having a difficult time finding a dress that fit everyone appropriately. Our consultant was very helpful, but once it came down to finding the dress and getting measured and ordering, the manager was very snippy and rude. First, the dress that worked was way overpriced, so the girls wanted time to think about it. I asked the manager when our deadline was that we should order by and she very rudely told me "yesterday". Thanks for the help lady.. not. We didn't end up ordering that day, but did measurements just in case. Apparently the measurements were all being done incorrectly and the consultant didn't get corrected until almost all of the girls were measured. But of course, he didn't take the time to go back and re-measure. We decided that dress was going to be our best option and so I had the girls call back and order their dresses. I went into order two of the dresses for my girls and turns out, they magically lost the measurements of two girls. They conveniently turned it around to be my fault and said "this can happen when you have measurements done and dresses aren't ordered the same day". Umm... excuse me?! You had all the other measurements. Anyways, the first dress came in and it fit alright. No complaints. However, the alterations lady stuck her head in and said "we can fix those small things for you" and I asked how much it would cost. Way too expensive. My future mother-in-law stepped in and said she could fix the dress for the girl. Surprise, surprise, the alteration lady magically disappeared after that and was nowhere to be seen around us.The second dress came in and the dress was way too big. This was one of the measurements that had not been lost, but please tell me what the point was to measure her if you're not going to use those measurements except for when you get paid more money to fix it. Sorry, but we will be taking our alterations business elsewhere. I really hope people seriously consider other options before checking into David's Bridal. I also hope other locations are better than this. read more

I have never been so disappointed with a store and they way they take care of their customers. I tried on, ordered and paid for my bridesmaids dress 6 months before the wedding, and hadn't received it almost 3 1/2 months later (after everyone else had already picked theirs up). I called to verify whereabouts, and it turns out that they charged me for and ordered another bridesmaids' dress, and they claimed I hadn't paid so they never ordered my dress. Then once they figured out the cashier's mistake (she clicked on the wrong name when I paid), they said they had to contact the other bridesmaid for payment before they would order my dress (she knew she hadn't paid yet so she wanted to know where the mistake came in and they wouldn't tell her when or how someone paid, and she lives about 3 hours away from their store...should have been a clue!). They didn't offer a discount or any incentive for their mistake. When the other girl called to pay, they told me my dress would be in 5 DAYS before the wedding. Thankfully it came in a month and a half early, so I went in to get it altered (they graciously offered to not charge rush fees...oh boy) and after I was all pinned and fitted the seamstress told me it was going to be $110 to have the side taken in a 1/4 inch and the skirt hemmed. Are you kidding!?! Not only did I go through this fiasco, they sold 3 of the bridesmaids the wrong sash to go on the dress (the bride wanted the one that came with the dress, they upsold the girls a sash that cost $70 more). Plus they have the bride's name spelled wrong on the account, I'm sorry but how personal is this experience supposed to be? I completely understand that mistakes can be made and that it is a national chain, but this is a wedding store. This is the most important day of some girls' lives, and they have left a completely bad taste in this bridesmaids' mouth. read more

hated my experience. they ruined my dress. they were just suppose to take a little in and they took in too much and my dress didnt fit. i was so upset and had to pay double what i should have. just a horrible experience. they have tried to do right and it is just a hassle. do not go here! read more

I ordered my daughter's prom dress here, alterations were unable to be done due to alterations dept being busy. I had the dress altered and then contacted David's Bridal to ask the dress be steamed there since I purchased it here. The answer was NO as I had the dress altered somewhere else. What???? Of course the dress was altered somewhere else because your store couldn't do it. I can't believe this location would not simply steam a dress that was purchased in the store with the tags still on it. Poor poor customer service, will NEVER shop at the OKEMOS location again! read more

What an absolutely horrific experience for what should be the happiest day of someone's life. I could write a book but I will give the short version. Dresses were ordered in January for a June wedding. One came in in March just to find out that dress was ordered incorrectly by the store. We finally received all but 1 by this week (late May). When we went to figure it out the store "couldn't find a record" of the purchase yet we have the David's bridal card transaction to prove it. After 10+ phone calls (by us not them) we have to return all the dresses and pick a new style and color to be able to have dresses in time. To top it off- a phone call I placed Thursday morning I was told they were "too busy to help me" and that we had to call back after 1 when more staff were in. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am now on a bachelorette party weekend with the bride that has been crying over not having dresses. Absolutely awful. read more
