Being able to walk into an event without needing to set-up (and then being able to leave without having to clean-up anything!) was a premium experience we would gladly pay for again. The studio is spacious and easily accommodated our group of ~65 (including ~24 seated children) with plenty of room to spare. Two of our party hosts (Ali and Daniel) were "friends" with Elsa and Spiderman. Daniel brought humor and fun to Elsa's Princess lessons, actively participating in the lessons. Ali truly embodied her ice queen friend with a quiet, powerful presence and a gorgeous singing voice. When my daughter was a little shy about all of the attention, Ali pivoted while in character and included her as she was ready to be spotlighted. Raquel was our primary party hostess and kept everything looking pristine. She kept the activities moving and ran around coordinating everything so that I was able to fully enjoy myself as the parent. While we have been to numerous pop-up events in the past (Painting with Rapunzel, Paw Patrol, Toy Story, and Ms. Rachel to name a few), hosting our party here was the highlight of our experience with Mystical Parties Entertainment. The staff is lovely and so dedicated to making it a phenomenal experience for parents and kids alike. The studio and decor is gorgeous. You won't regret booking MPE! And a special shout-out to Amelia and Madison P. is deserved. They do so much behind the scenes to make this the most magical party studio in the Atlanta area. I am always amazed at the selection of balloons at these locations. I guess I am just a big kid at heart because I sometimes want to buy the ones' with the Princess on them. And for some strange reason the Sponge Bob balloons frighten me! But I understand that crack kills your brain cells so that's probably why. :)

Today I had a mobile order pick up & I went inside to grab it. There were only 2 workers with one fulfilling online orders & the other one was at the register. There were 7 people in line & it took forever. It's finally my turn & she can't find my order. She asks if it could be under a different name & I say no, I had already showed her the confirmation/pick up screen & email showing the name. She then says it must have been cancelled & I said it couldn't have bc I just received the email that it was ready for pickup & I hadn't received any cancellation email. She insists it had to be cancelled & I tell her it wasn't & that I'd already been charged. She says to keep checking my email for a cancellation & was about to just go to the next customer when I asked her to check the other bins to see if it had been misplaced. She says it hasn't so I get closer to see the pick up bins & I can clearly see my order. I say "is that not it?" & she said "well I asked you if it was under a different name" like what? She goes & checks & says "oh I guess it is. It was placed in the wrong bin on accident". It was RIGHT next to where she had just checked & I told her what the items were. She choose to ignore them instead of just checking.

He dressed up as a Pirate, played games, made balloon swords and a magic show! He was very good with the children, and made sure everyone had a good time. He had a gentle way to include everyone, even the more shy children. His jokes were also entertaining to the adults, we all got a kick out the experience. The communication was not great. The instructions are that you'll be contacted by the entertainer the week prior to the event. Fri morning I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and was told she'd contact me on the afternoon and they never did. The following morning (day of the party) they reached out and said they had an incorrect phone number and they didn't respond Fri evening b/c of business hours. Mistakes happen, very understandable but all of it could have been avoided if they didn't wait until the afternoon before the party to reach out. Tiffeney was incredibly apologetic, the owner never apologized, just explained the oversight and how negative review impact the business.

She had her very first formal gown altered by Pat at just five years old--and Pat continued to tailor her dresses all the way through her final prom. Fast forward to 2025, my sweet niece was getting married, and this time it was Auntie who needed a gown altered! I knew the day had come for Pat to retire...and I was beyond thrilled when I learned Amy had taken over the business. This review is for Alterations by Amy! Amy is the best - she learned from the best & I am so happy to spend the next 25+ years as her client...when my niece has children...we will bring them to Amy! Amy! Amy! Amy!!! What can't you do!?!?! She totally transformed my very formal evening gown into the most stunning one-shoulder gown, perfect for my niece's outdoor summer wedding. She removed the long train, converted the buttoned halter neckline into an elegant one-shoulder design, and even added cups for shape and support - no separate bra needed! (Ladies!!! IYKYK!) The fit and finish were flawless, and the transformation was beyond my expectations. What amazed me most was that Amy made all these alterations the day before I was scheduled to leave for the wedding. She worked quickly and professionally, completing everything while I waited--and she even hemmed my husband's linen pants at the very last minute! The pricing was so reasonable, especially considering the level of craftsmanship, speed, and care she put into every detail. If you ever need alterations...big or small...Amy is the one to trust. I was really impressed with the variety in styles and sizes they had for wedding dresses. With the help of Amy and Brittany, I ended finding quite literally my dream dress. Though I did not end up getting any alterations here, I am certain that Pat would have done a fabulous job!! 10/10 would recommend going here. It was about an hour and a half drive for me but SO worth it and I could not be happier with the dress I picked out. I'll post photos of the dress once we get pictures taken. Our 7YO is in an LOL Surprise fan, so we were thrilled someone could dress as Diva from the series. We had Audrey as our entertainer, and she was a true professional from beginning to end, texting clear details of her upcoming booking with us, showed up on time the day of, and she had such a sweet and friendly demeanor. She came dressed to do face painting, (a true artist! Some images were painted on kids arms), shared magic tricks, then made balloon animals. She then changed for photo ops in the famed costume and our kid guests just had such a blast with her! As busy parents it really made such a difference to have a stress free party and Audrey fit the bill perfectly. We will definitely look to Copy Cats for Kids for future events.

I met a member of Ellivent parties at a night market and i asked if they did weddings as my wedding…read morewas in September. I was in contact with them prior to actually booking. I gave them the address of my venue just to get a price quote for travel fee. They told me they would follow up with an invoice and that it would include the deposit. The person I was speaking with never followed up with either a deposit request or an invoice. I assumed that we were never gonna go through with it as I never signed a contract or got confirmation from them. Unfortunately, one of the employees showed up at my wedding demanding $400 on the spot. They were very rude to my mother, and I was very unhappy with the work.
