One girl working the front and she had to walk the store to find the other worker to help with the line that was forming. They both come back and just start helping people without finding out who was next in line and of course no one is going to be honest enough to say they weren't next. When I finally got helped I had some questions about placing an order and the girl didn't know anything and just walked away. Everything here is overpriced and Dollar Tree has just as nice balloons. read more

Do not bother. Called and chewed out my daughter, when I asked why they consistently do not stock ALL local high school graduation items Was told the products were too expensive however it was five weeks before graduation there was no year on anything so they could sell them the next year. I guess really doesn't know how to keep inventory or customer satisfied happened to me two years ago as well. We had placed an order for generic graduation balloons for $50. Canceled it after the call. King Sooners has generic balloons. So don't complain about not supporting small businesses when you treat your customers like they are an imposition. read more
