I saw some good prices, but shipping times forced me to look for a local retail shop. I found TexTrail on Google they had a good rating and the images showed the type of parts I needed so I went to check it out. I was highly surprised that the prices were similar to those that I found on Amazon. I grabbed the part that I needed and the guy at the counter asked me a few specifics about my application and he ended up recommending something that was a few bucks cheaper since I didn't actually need the higher end marine application. I realized later that what I thought was my issue was wrong and I needed a different part. I realized before opening the box, so I went back for a return. The return was painless, but the box was still sealed so I can't speak on return issues with an open box - or if they even take returns on open box items. The staff was really friendly and was understanding with my mistake. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs parts for their trailer.
