DO NOT SHOP HERE! 1-14-26 This company delayed my repairs a week. I called and spoke to Ryan…read morewednesday to confirm that the parts i was ordering were in stock and compatible with my machine, which he said yes to both. I placed my $1000 order within the hour, getting the email order confirmation within minutes. Keep in mind, the machine is taken apart and taking up valuable space in my shop. Days go by with but no emails or tracking numbers came. Sunday night i get two emails, one from my bank, one from kombustion "your order has been refunded". WHAT?!?!?! I don't need a refund, i need the parts to put this machine back together. Monday i get an email from kombustion saying "Ryan is still working on your order, and the parts are still coming your way". I call tuesday and was told the parts have NOT been shipped and my money has been refunded. I then had to go buy the parts directly from the manufacturer. Such a joke. You had my money, my address, and you had the parts i ordered in stock. Just put them in a box and ship them, it's not that hard... Never again.

On 1/17/24 I went to Kombustion about building my dream machine. I met with Travis and we started…read moregoing over everything I wanted done. Full build, from wrap to suspension. We went over pricing and timelines. I told him what date I needed the machine to be completed. I had a trip planned but still needed a valve adjustment and oil change. He was enthusiastic he could have it done in plenty of time. We agree, Travis says in order to get it going I need 1/2 down. He can get the orders placed and powder coating started and finished to cut down the time. On 1/21/24 I pay the half (15 thousand) to get it going. Now on 2/8/24 which is 14 days later. I get the invite to drop the machine off. I am told to plan 2/13/24 for completion. I ask for updates to which I am told he will make sure to send updates as well as pictures as the build progresses. Now I realize the 13th was a little unrealistic of a date. But that's how he planned it. He has had two weeks to get all the parts ordered and powder coated like he said he would. From there it goes badly, there is little to no communication on the progress and maybe one or two photos. I really only heard from Travis when he would call or email to let me know he had forgotten something and the cost would be going up. The original price agreement was 30 thousand. We ended at 36 thousand. I'm not sure how he forgot so much in the initial sit down. I said I wanted it built like his floor model... that he built and we looked at and talked about. I sent numerous emails to Travis. On 3/14/24 Travis confirms we are on track for 3/21/24. On the 21st, however instead of picking it up. I get a call it wont be ready until 3/25/24. Well problem, that leaves me 1 day for the valves, Travis says the valves don't need to be done?? I do pick it up on the 25th. And it goes right back, there are front end suspension bolts undone, it doesn't drive over 15MPH plus the seat heaters are not working. We make it to the dunes, 2nd ride in the passenger door flies open because the bolts weren't tightened and the adjustments are off. Fix it, 3rd ride in the engine lights come on. Get back to camp, the machine stops working. On the phone Travis says bring it back on Monday. Well who drives by a little bit later but his shop mechanics who drive right past and completely ignore us! Call him again and he does not understand why I am so frustrated? I spent 36k and in 24 hrs. my machine is completely down! And your mechanics are here and cant come even look at my machine. Back at Kombustion, I learn the stator and computers are blown due the tuner being tampered with. They don't know what happened other than for another $1500 they will fix it. On 7/14/24 the drivers side shock snaps off. Travis says they only warranty their labor?!? Great, so it goes to a Polaris dealer and another $2000. On 10/16/24 I go for a ride and the front end is wobbling I check and find bolts on both lower A-Arms missing. I call Travis, he says its on them and their mistake. But he will fix it, and have it done and ready Monday. They are a very disrespectful group of people that do not care about the people coming in nor the work they do. When timelines are not met they will blame the company they chose to outsource the work too. BTW, the company's they outsource too, do great work!
