My first installment was automatically debited from my checking account for almost double what I was quoted by Joanne. I called to speak with Joanne and her attitude was "oh well, i don't know what to tell you" I couldn't believe such a large company could be this spiteful and dishonest. My account was charged I incurred fees almost double my monthly installment due to the ERROR of Mr. John Cherry's office. I must've called this agency twice a day for over a week, all to no avail....then they cancelled my policy and I ended up in the DMV outraged at not being able to register my vehicle, I called Mr. Cherry's office and SPOKE WITH HIM DIRECTLY and he was non apologetic or concerned.
