My daughter has been a patient since for last 10 years. This doctors office has some of the rudest front desk people and nurses I've ever encountered. My daughter is an adult now and still goes there but the attitude of their employees is horrible. She recently had swollen glands, and a sore throat and wanted to be seen. She was told to wait until next day for video conference and have a flashlight handy so doctor can see her throat. She was told that they don't want sick patients to come into office..What?! This IS a doctors office, no? This office is NOT patient -centered and when I called to get clarification, was met with rude, belligerent attitude from staff. Even though we are all in the age of covid-19, there still should be actual 'doctoring' of sick patients. My daughter had covid and tested positive for antibodies, so risk to herself or others was very minimal. Any other doctors office or hospital I've been to use the correct PPE and handwashing. Masks, of course. The staff at this office treat the patient horribly and enact policies out of fear and not scientific guidelines. So if you are sick, you will not be seen. Just have your flashlight and camera ready for your video visit. read more
