As I was trying to explain my concerns and request the billing person I was told your name is first on billing and I just needed to pay the bill (without knowing what service was performed). I called back after I was hung up on an received the message posted below. She then proceeded to speak over me, when I lost control, I didn't put up with that when I was working. We have now been discharged without a conversation, lazy business practices. We are in receipt of an email attempt you made at reaching a private email address for Rita. She does not use that email often and it was a private account, not a business email. Dr. Swisher has discharged you and Mrs. Lisa Flood from Stark Family Health Center.
