I went in one time , I was trying to establish care . I told him I wasn't fasting but they drew my blood anyway . They never called me back and I called and they gave me the results of the blood and they said you're released from this practice and sent me a certified letter . I didn't even do anything I was only there one time isn't there any doctors that are compassionate and caring anymore ? This office is not one . Have been a patient here for over 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about the whole practice.

My husband and I have been a patients in this practice for 12 years. I received a letter expelling us from the practice, 20 days after I had a very unpleasant and rude confrontation with Meredith, the newest PA, about the 40 minute wait past my scheduled appointment and being told my time was not as important as the practice's time. I had one bad day out of 12 years, and she persuaded her father, Stan Anderson, and the other providers to curtail service to my family. I called for the fourth business day in a row and this time waited for the operator. I told this person that I had left a message for three days in a row for a prescription refill but never heard anything. The response was to question whether I called the correct number because they had no record of my call. You mean the one that answered Jackson Family Practice and to press 2 for prescription refills?!! She put me on hold for a while, then Barb came on the phone. I stated that I wanted to talk to the PA who sees me about the refill. Barb scoffed in a 'how stupid are you?' voice that the PA would NOT call me because she sees patients all day, and if I wanted to talk with her I could make an appointment. She did take my request and the prescription was called in. My next call? A new physician. I just hope I'll know how to use the phone correctly. read more

I went there a couple times a few years ago would never go back. It took them over 3 weeks just to help me with a simply UTI. The whole place is all about getting you in and out and make sure you pay even a head of time. read more

Update on my review I made a year ago ! So I called today about not being billed for an appointment for both my kids. (Misinformation given by new staff) should have been no big deal ! Office manager again very rude. My husband calls to make sure my other child's appointment wasn't billed bc I forgot to ask first time! The office manager made a comment about how I left a bad review and if I leave bad reviews I shouldn't be a patient there ! The problem isn't the doctors and the nurses they're great. Dr Mallamaci has been my doctor (and my son's) for 3 years. He is wonderful. Great with patients, don't feel rushed, he always listens and I trust his diagnostic skills. I highly recommend him. Over the years I have also gone to some of the physician's assistants and have always been happy with those visits as well. The front office people, as mentioned, leave something to be desired, but they always get me in to see someone when we're sick and same day appointments are not always available at other practices I've been too. They're just not very friendly. So ultimately I don't care that they're not very smiley. read more

Been going here for sometime and the staff is snotty, Dr's just want to prescribe drugs and can only discuss one of two or three symptoms per visit. Quite a racket, hit em up for as many visits as possible before they address all your needs. Capitalistic treatment here. Will never set foot in here again! read more

Dr. Anderson has been my primary care physician on and off since I was in middle school. I started going to his new practice the last few years and the office is beautiful, and he is still the same great doctor, I just have to complain unfortunately about his front office staff, specially the one younger girl that works up front. I just feel like she has no personality and could care less about the patients. I feel like I'm just a number not a person to her and that's not how it used to be at his old practice so I really wish that that could be improved upon. Everything else in his office is great, I've had his physicians assistant as well and every experience is marred by the uncaring girl in the front. She is the face of your practice and it's bringing your practice down unfortunately. read more

Dr. Stan Anderson is the best Family doctor that I have been to. He is to the point, and no BS. My motto has always been Stan is the man - my wife doesn't think its that funny but I think its because she still sees her old family doc and is envious of the fabulous care that I receive. The building is only a couple years old as he recently moved to a larger more accommodating building. The layout is great and they have a really nice play area for kids in the waiting room out front. They have free K-cup style coffee and pretty solid reading material. The staff is nice and I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. read more

Great doctors. I've been going to this office for three years and now my wife goes there. I've seen all the doctors by now and I would see any of them. They take time to listen and get to know you...I really like that they remember me, without staring at a chart. They've been there for me and I would highly recommend. One item to note, the phones roll to an answering service, but they're still seeing patients into the evening. They do have later appointments. I enjoy going here. read more

I have been to Dr. Mallamaci and Dr. Anderson and I have to be honest, if you are looking for a GOOD family doctor do not go here...these guys are quacks! They try to put you on all kinds of prescriptions and do not really solve whatever problem you are having. Their front desk staff and nurses are awful, with the exception of a few, most of them have no business working in a healthcare environment. Very rude, classless, and uppity people. Absolutely do NOT have your best interest in mind. Also waiting room time usually exceeds way over an hour. Needless to say my entire family found new doctors. read more

New to the area and was going to wait until my annual checkup to establish a primary care doctor, but got sick. A friend recommended Dr. Anderson. I came prepared, based on other reviews, to face a difficult front desk situation, but the staff there seemed fine. My experience during the appointment, though, was not fine at all. I was seen by a doctor in training of some sort (she kept reminding me that she was trained; at a certain point I began to wonder if that training included anything related to medicine). While hiding behind a laptop, endless questions about my medical history. I felt very judged, which is something I've never experienced at a doctor's office. She asked a question. I answered. Endless tapping away at a keyboard. Dumb, judgey comments which had nothing to do with me being sick. She could soon sense my agitation (I guess training covered that much, at least). Finally, after more than two hours in an uncomfortable exam room, mostly alone, she came back, said she had no idea why I felt sick, gave me a referral for an existing condition (which might be helpful when I feel better again) and led me to a phlebotomist. Blood was taken and I was told I'd hear back within a day. I didn't, even trying (unsuccessfully) to call several times, because certain results would require medications, somewhat urgent given how sick I feel. But I couldn't get through to anyone. I don't know what Dr. Anderson's practice was when he founded it. The web site makes it seem like a small, friendly, doctor's office. Instead, it's more an impersonal, modern medical factory where you might never see a doctor and it seems no one could care less if you're in need of care. read more
