If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. While the doctor himself might be pleasant, the overall experience is absolutely unacceptable. Visits feel rushed, and if you ever need to reschedule, good luck--because they will drop you without warning. Make sure you document every date, time, and name of anyone you speak to, because apparently the burden is on the patient to protect themselves from the clinic's own incompetence. I rescheduled an appointment and clearly told the staff I'd be booking for early next year. At no point did anyone tell me this would result in being dismissed as a patient. Instead, I received a certified letter out of nowhere telling me I'd been "let go." Cardiac issue? Stubbed toe? Doesn't matter--they treat everything with the same level of indifference. And now, on top of being dropped without explanation, I get the added privilege of tracking down my medical records and paying for them. Wonderful. They may want to revisit their mission statement, which claims they deliver "high-quality, innovative, comprehensive, compassionate, supportive, personal, convenient, and cost‑effective care." Nothing about my experience reflects any of those words. The AI system they force patients to use is intrusive, sending constant notifications at all hours--day, night, weekends--making the entire process even more stressful. Compassion? Support? Convenience? That's honestly laughable. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted time. There are plenty of practices that actually care about their patients--this is not one of them. read more

I have been a patient of Massillon Family Practice for many years. I have never, ever, ever been disappointed with the care they have given to my husband and myself. The entire staff from the front desk to the doctors to the nurse practitioners and to each and every one that we have been privileged to be in contact with, have been top notch, efficient, compassionate and punctual with information and referrals. We couldn't be happier with the care we have been given by this wonderful staff. With a glowing review as this is meant to be, you may think I'm related to them. I am forever grateful for Dr. Falvo -Lang at this practice. My mom was misdiagnosed as having a anxiety attack by another doctor. She went to the emergency room anyway. Dr. Falvo-Lang found she was full of blood clots and saved her life. She has been the best doctor for both of my parents as well as other family members. She's always on top of their meds, symptoms, and conditions. I will always rest easy knowing my parents are in excellent hands. read more

I have been a patient here for years. Dr falvo lang was always great for me, however it's impossible now to get an appointment with her. I've had the worst experience the last 2 months trying to get help with a heart issue. They're completely dismissive and have offered 0 advice other than if you think it's an emergency go to the emergency room. I did that, now it's time for "follow up with a dr" and not a single bit of concern has been shown. You can bet my medical bill will be paid on time as always but getting them to actually provide medical care for that $ they charge is a whole different story. And if you need the Dr to call you back, they'll tell you " I'll leave a message for a dr to call you" for weeks on end, then tell you "oh they won't do that, you have to schedule another appointment. What a joke. Thank God for Google. I've learned how to manage my symptoms and what to change to help me/ what to expect on my own with google until I can get into a cardiologist. Piss poor office staff. They purposely avoid your calls. They have four people in their office that could answer the phone. They only have one line and most of the time they just let it ring forever. My Mom was trying to get an appointment today and got avoided. Don't go here. Getting the people to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. Their office staff is rude. This is the worst doctor's office ever the staff is rude and the Doctor Steven Scheuffler is the most rude arrogant autistic doctor I've ever met he has no sense of couth. He is yelled and screamed at me and doesn't even focus on my problems I wouldn't send a dog to this doctor. He's not very compassionate at all. If I spend too much time trying to tell him my issues he tells me to make another appointment so he has more time to spend with me. He does very little listening to people and more lecturing to people. My experience with this doctor has been very negative in fact I've never had a doctor this bad. After my first visit I decided never to come back... the doctor only wanted to push prescriptions and specialists on me instead of hearing my concerns and working together to find treatment we would both be comfortable with. One of the few women doctors in my insurance network and she could care less about her bedside manner. The staff was even less than considerate leaving me even more concerned that my best interests were not in the front of their minds. I was ignored talked down to and had the receptionist roll his eyes at me for not knowing when or if I needed a follow up appointment. After all of that I called them to explain that the direction of care they were pushing was not what I wanted and that I would not be back. Three weeks later I got a letter saying they dismissed me as a patient kind of like they were going to get the last word. Glad my first visit went so poorly so I didn't continue giving them my money. read more

Horrible place. I used to love this place they have gone so far down hill that I just changed doctors after many years. Staff is beyond rude, they never remind you that you need to come in, they just stop refilling your prescriptions and now they charge you $15 to write a RX. Really? This doctors office is so unreliable and filled with a rude administrative staff. Every time I try and go there to pick up a prescription it is either wrong or they closed early. Especially after moving a bit farther away and having a longer drive to see that they are closed is so frustrating. How does a doctors office just decide to close early because they feel like it?
