I've always had a good experience at family physicians. I started going there when I was 18 years old. The doctor I had it first was Dr Shemory. He was such a wonderful doctor when he retired. I was just sick then I started seeing Kim a nurse practitioner and I just loved her and now I see another nurse practitioner. I love family physicians I would not go nowhere else. read more

They are impossible to schedule appointments with. Once my fiancé actually got an appointment, he saw the physician for two seconds where he tried to raise concerns but she didn't seem to have time. She deemed him all good and left, not allowing him to speak. After trying for months to get an appointment it was a disappointing experience. read more

Dr. Volpe is fantastic. She's great with our daughters and truly cares for patients. We are very lucky to have her as our doctor.

Dropped my mother as a patient after 15 years because she didn't give a 2 hour notice to cancel an appointment that was at 8am. They aren't even open at 6am. She got sick overnight. I wouldn't trust this place and im glad she's going elsewhere. read more

My parents have been established patients at this practice for over 55 years. Ever since my elderly mother's primary doctor, Dr Marshall, retired, she was transferred to Dr Volpe. My poor mother has never been treated so terribly before by a HEATH CARE PROVIDER!!! Two months ago, my mother had and appointment and waited in the room for 20mins to be seen by the doctor, only for Dr Volpe to lectured her about taking a prescription that SHE prescribed to my mother three months before that was conflicting to the other prescription heart medicine that Dr Volpe prescribe to her in the same appointment!!!! This right here upset me as a health care professional that I am. How does a doctor prescribe two prescriptions in the same day to the same person that conterdicts each other?? Not to mention that her I'm annoyed that the pharmacy that filled it didn't call either my mom or the doctor and question it!! Then at her most recent appointment last week, my mother was 9 mins late, they had her wait 15mins before coming back then told her that the doctor refused to see her!!!! Today they sent my mother not one, but two letters in the mail. First one telling her about their cancelation policies and let her know there will be a charge next time and it was signed by Dr Volpe herselff. The 2nd one that came today was to dismiss her from their practice signed by NO ONE!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE think twice before trying to go to this "family practice". They are clearly short staffed, they lack proper internal communication, they lack professionalism and they must not keep clear records of what they prescribe their patients. My mother has been loyal to this shit show of a medical practice for far to long to ever be mistreated like this!!! Please know what you are getting yourself into if you go there!! There are far better medical offices around than this place!! read more

They are the worse. Where to start? Dr. Dalton Seibert. He makes fun of his over weight patients. Belittles. We know we are over weight. Thanks. 170 pounds after giving birth three weeks ago. He also yells at staff. Like seriously? Yelling at nurses because they questions an order you wrote. Yeah- he had a meltdown I could hear because someone questioned him and he discovered he was wrong and said it was stupid and he didnt agree . Hate to say it- that is there job. I got a good look when my dad was in for an appt. Second. The phone nurses. Yeah. I am all supporting of nurses. However- they are not. They say they are but when you ask them their credentials- they are medical assistants. Found this out after my dad's homecare nurse called in. Asks for a nurse on the nurse line for orders and to discuss the wound. She gives all the info and the person who had claimed to be a nurse then says, "let me get you a nurse I am only a medical assistant ". Seriously? Why are you claiming you are? The hold times. Call in and your on hold. For 20-40 minutes. Leave a message and they may call you back and they may you back tomorrow. Frankly- I pulled myself and my dad from the practice. @FamPhysicians have good MDs but the front end & phone nurses need customer service training. After 4 rude encounters my family is DONE!

I have been a patient of Dr. Marshall's since 1979. He is very professional, he always take time to answer all my questions and make sure I understand everything. I never feel hurried or that he is is too busy to listen. I am very grateful to have found him and all the other great Doctors and nurses at Family Physicians. read more

Don't get three months behind on your bill these people kicked my entire family out of the practice because I forgot to pay my doctors bill. What makes me even madder after I paid the bill three months late then they kick me out if I would've known I could've save myself a bunch of money and never paid read more

I've been a regular at Family Physicians for awhile now and really enjoy this facility. Dr. Hawkins is a great primary care physician who I'd recommend to anyone searching for a new doctor. The staff is easy going and friendly and I've never had any issues scheduling appointments. read more

I liked our doctor but the front end staff is just bad. After one family member missed 3 appointments, they dropped our entire family from the practice. Very unfair since the family member who missed the appointments is an adult, and has nothing to do with the rest of us. I couldn't believe it. read more

A friendly, helpful office and great physicians. Most times a patient needing an appointment can be seen sooner than later.

Been a patient for 30 yrs. They posted for feedback. Do not do it. Commented on a nurses specific issues and office manager sent notice we are no longer excepted as patients. After 30 yrs. Doctors have been good but Marshalls policy of dumping patients that give feedback is not acceptable. read more

I've been a patient for 4 years. My current physician, who I really adored, became severely ill and had to leave the practice. Family Physicians is just dumping all of her patients and not transferring them to new physicians. So much for all the hype on the extended phone messages/advertising that you are forced to listen to for hours while waiting to talk to an actual human. Not sorry to leave anyways, because it has always been hit or miss with both the staff and the other doctors. Only the receptionists were consistently nice and respectful, a distinct change from most doctors' offices. I found one other doctor to be was dismissive, disrespectful, and impersonal; another was an intelligent, highly trained specialist who seemed to make no effort to use his brain in the diagnostic process. You can get in quickly, but you will probably be diagnosed incorrectly or overprescribed if it is anything that takes over 5 minutes now that my doctor is gone. read more
