But once she saw where I lived and that I'm a doctor, the cost went up. She seemed to have forgotten that she gave me the fee schedule and was charging me more. But I had a business trip so I didn't complain at the time. As soon as I got to the airport for my trip I was bombarded with texts and calls about my dog. The woman who was actually walking my dog had been not been given any of the instructions about my dog and did not show up when I had asked (she didn't know this either). I was furious and very concerned. I called the owner who chewed me out. THIS DOG SERVICE COSTS MORE THAN ANY AGENCY I HAVE EVER USED....I've lived all over the country and my walkers everywhere cost less. California, New Orleans, NY, MO, IL, PA, MI - all less. I fired them and she refused to refund me all of the remaining money and I was very concerned that they had a copy of my house key (I got it back but I was still very worried after this woman's irratic behavior.) When I picked him up he looked lovely, and I could just tell, he wasn't traumatized as he sometimes can be a bit when he has to go to the groomer. My instructions were followed to the letter and the groomer listened patiently to my concerns about my little Levi and his issues. Even though this groomer is quite far from my home, the experience for Levi was so positive, I'll be taking him back!

We've owned Rottweilers for over 20 years, but when Casimir was about 7 months old, we were dealing with some behavior issues we'd never experienced before. He's always been a good boy, but some of his behaviors were directed toward me, and only me, and we honestly didn't know how to address them. We'd already been taking him to daycare at K9 Academy International, so when we realized he needed more help, we decided to enroll him in their board-and-train program. It was absolutely the right decision. Nino, Taylor, Amber, and the entire staff have been incredible. Their expertise, professionalism, and care showed through every step of the process. They took the time to understand Casimir, address the problem behaviors, and teach us how to continue that work at home. We've only had Casimir back for three days, and the change is remarkable.
