We adopted a 6 month old puppy, "Capote" from them. The whole experience was wonderful! From the…read moreapplication process on, they were thorough, and lovely. Everyone we met was super nice and cared about finding the perfect family for the puppy, without being off putting. We brought our reactive 5 yr old dog for a meet and greet. First we had them on opposite sides of the fence on leash. Once that went well, we moved our dog inside the fence, still of leash. Once that went well, we took a short walk together. After that, we went back to an exam room(they are a vet too) and got them both drinks. We filled out the final paperwork and took him home. What set them apart were the things they gave us to make the transition easier for the puppy- dog bed from his foster and crate, balance of his bag of food so we can transition, toys, and starter doses of flea/tic/heartworm meds. Just exceptional! Thank you!

Since our dog was born, he has been a patient there, but during his most recent visit for his…read moreyearly checkup we had a traumatic experience. My emotions were taken advantage of and almost scammed. They took him away to examine him and came saying he had a heart murmur. They wanted us to pay nearly $500 to sedate and examine him. At that point I was beyond tears hearing the possible state of my dog. As were figuring out the next steps words were exchanged between my mom and the vet which they refused us service and left my dog on the ground. As I'm leaving, I asked am I good to leave and the lady says yes so, I go to my car, and another comes out of the building very aggressive and pointing her figures at me saying I have a fee to pay but I was unaware because the other lady said I was good to go. Keep in mind I am in the car trying to collect myself and find alternative veterinarians during this moment. Also, we had concerns about his eye that were never addressed. During the same day we visited another vet, and he did not have a heart murmur and was perfectly healthy besides his eye needing eye drops. Overall, please be careful of scammers and get second opinions. We do not recommend this vet. We've NEVER had issues with them until this visit.

My dogs bad habit(s) changed instantly when I began using the "tools/strategies/tips" that were given. The corrections are easy and only require consistency from us. I also really appreciated that one piece of the training was solely focused on "understanding" your dog(s) and why they behave in certain ways. This helped us so much!!!! Also, Erin was So GREAT! She is highly knowledgeable, caring, patient and so easy to work with. You can tell she has a ton of experience and understands dogs and dogs within family structures. Additionally, Dr Will and Dr Heather have made themselves available multiple times at a moment's notice when my gut has told me something isn't right with one of my dogs. One of my dogs ate a pile of yarn and needed emergency surgery to remove the obstruction and Dr Will and Dr Heather made time for surgery to remove the blockage and she recovered fully. Additionally, when my 9 month old puppy needed surgery for eating rocks (Berners like to eat things they shouldn't...), they once again stepped up and saved her life.
