The only time they get taken outside is during normal business hours when and if the Kennel Tech is working. I myself have heard the owner tell the nice girl, who is no longer working there, not to worry about going in back to help or let dogs out. The desk is top priority. The prices are ridiculous and I have even heard groomers yelling at the pets on their tables. Megan I believe her name was, poor girl, I swear she lived there. She always took such great care of my dog while he was there. Such great service and care for the pets and clients in my experience. Since she's been gone nothing but terrible service. I would not recommend anyone bring their pet there now.

We kenneled our dogs here for nearly a week and felt that they were well taken care of. The owners…read moremade us feel very comfortable with leaving our dogs for the first time. The kennel is clean and heated. The space for each dog is good. Ours were placed in a larger space to allow them both to be with each other. This made us feel better, thinking they would have each other while we were gone. They do not intermingle with other dogs, which we liked. You just don't know how new dogs will behave around each other. It also limits any spreading of diseases, potentially. We were allowed to bring in our own bedding and home comforts. The price was very reasonable. If you don't mind traveling, this kennel is a definite repeat.

Let me first say that Sasha will be the only dog sitter I go to from now on!…read more So I was out of state for 3 weeks during the holiday and needed someone to take care of my 10 m/o Shiba Inu (Bim). It was a long period, so I was really considerate and careful when choosing the dog sitter. Then I met Sasha and she completely gained my trust! She offered to meet before the actual date to get to know my pup. She took the schedule and every instruction I gave her seriously and she stick to it! I honestly can not do a better job myself. Of course Sasha gave me up to date on my puppy everyday (she took amazing pictures lol). Tbh I was even a bit jealous to see Bim having so much fun with her :D One HUGE bonus point: Bim actually gets better with commands and he even learns some new tricks!!

First, let me say that the Classy Canine was extremely accommodating of our holiday schedule. They were extremely patient and gentle with Bella and gave her the best trim she's ever received. I didn't even truly appreciate the detail until we got home from vacation. The trim lasted much longer than any previous groomer. She was also so soft! They even did a good job trimming my terrified pitbull's nails when I came to pick up the spaniel. Prices were roughly equivalent to Petsmart. I would recommend!
