I herniated my L4-L5 disc at the very young age of 17. I went around to multiple practitioners, and I felt I was getting played for money the entire time and didn't feel any improvements. Then I went to Hagman chiropractic, he didn't just provide a great service, he gave me tons of insights and knowledge on the steps I can take to improve. I was supposed to be bed written for A FULL YEAR and after 6 months I felt back to 70%, still nagging obviously but with that said after 3 years of training 2-3 times a week, 30 minute sessions, I feel my Disc has healed to 99.9%.
