What was once a dependable, high-quality dry cleaner has turned into something I wouldn't trust with a rag. The change in ownership and management didn't just lower the standards--it destroyed them. I brought in shirts for a simple press and starch. What I got back was shocking. Burn marks on the collars and cuffs--actual damage that can't be undone. No starch whatsoever. And the "pressing"? Nonexistent. The shirts looked like they had been tossed in a dryer and handed back without anyone even bothering to check them. This isn't a mistake. This is carelessness and a complete lack of professionalism. Charging customers for this level of work is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and the cost of replacing your clothes. Stay far away from this place.

Sydney's Suds Laundry Service was a life-safer at a time when I really needed a reasonable solution…read more for getting my laundry done. I was so impressed by their service from beginning to end. It was hassle-free to set up the time for pick up. They promised to pick up and deliver even if I were not home. This was a great convenience. I was not expecting my comforter and blankets to be laundered so well and and to smell so fresh. Wow! I was home when they delivered, so I was able to meet the very nice and professional delivery driver. I am very satisfied with the results because I felt as if they were dealing with me as an individual. I wish I could give them more than the five-star rating. Keep up the excellent work!

Sigh. I usually take my tailoring business to midtown. But I ended up here thinking I would get what I needed fast and right. I had a pair of pants that were too long and needed tapering as well. I went to pick them up they weren't ready. Went back and picked them up. Taper was all off. And to add more insult to it, because I never had anything tapered here before I took a similar pair of pants to show how I wanted them. I was measured. Pants were measured. After 3 times. I have my pants. Which still fit shitty. I needed them back. At this point it's not even worth the argument. I just want to document it so I know to not go back here. Ill get my real tailor to fix them.

Dryers are free according to your washing machine load. I think I used a jumbo washer and that gave me 60 free minutes. The free dry time corresponds on your card with your washing machine, so if you use 2 dryers, that means you'll get 30 mins of free dry for each dryer. You have to purchase a washing card for $2 (cash/debit/credit/ebt) and load that card for washing/ drying purposes. Since i dont live in this area, i opted to return my card and get my $2 back. There are bathrooms, tables/chairs for sitting or working (i had my laptop out), free wifi, even massage chairs for a fee! TV's and it wasn't hot in or muggy in there. Also, this laundry mat is convenietly located in a shopping center. If i lived near here i would def. return!!

On a Tuesday after work when I went it wasn't too busy. Even if it was they have dozens and dozens of machines to use. They can accommodate up to 80 pound loads. Most of the machines are coin operated but they do have some that you are able to use a credit card for. Price ranges from $4.25 to $10.50 at the washing machines and the dryer is 25 cent for 5 min of drying time. Since they are industrial equipment hey do dry things very quickly. I had two loads that I was able to get done in a little over an hour. Inside they have plenty of laundry carts , a few vending machines, and soda dispensing vending machines if you happen to forget your laundry detergent. They have a ATM on site if you forget your cash. I am not sure of what the fees are though. They also have several bill changers that will take up to a $20 dollar bill. The only drawback I found during my visit was that the bathroom door didn't have a lock so use at your own risk. One attendant was working when I went but not sure of her hours. She remained diligent keeping the place tidy. I did not see any machines out of order. I will return because it's convenient and a decent price.
