They do a decent job of cleaning garments. I have used them a few times for my suits and dress shirts. Usually they have them ready within a day. I see a lot of people complain that if they drop it off in the morning. They do not have it ready by 5 PM. Every time I've dropped mine off they always quote me that they would be ready by the next day at 5 PM. I've use other dry cleaning services and it has taken several days for my clothes to be ready, so waiting two days is not a dealbreaker for me. And the price is much much cheaper than other places in the area.

The woman who answered the phone asked someone in the background if they could repair the same day and I was told that they could. When I walked inside of the establishment, the woman asked if she could help me. I explained that I had called earlier to inquire about same day repair. A man then took over and asked what I needed done. I showed him the shoes and he said he could have them ready by the following day. He obtained my payment upfront and handed me the ticket receipt. He did not say thank you or anything. I picked up my shoes the following morning. Once again, there was no real interaction. He took my ticket and handed me the bag with my shoes. I did not look at my shoes until I got in the car. The work was good and I must say so far so good with the heel taps. As far as workmanship goes, the shoes were nicely repaired, but in terms of customer service, I'll take my shoes somewhere else to be repaired.
