Rooter Ranger had great reviews, so why did my tankless water heater look so messy and unprofessional? One bad plumber. Fortunately, he's since left the company. Now, the system looks professionally installed and works very well. I feel comfortable recommending them now.

Today Rocky was here bright and early to do the inspection on it as required by my county. I know it's a long drive for them to Englewood, the inspection was done in a timely and professional matter. I wanted them to know I value your service and although there are some negative comments, it's always best you try and work things out in person. God Bless

Hurricane Ian filled our septic tank and caused a back flow into our home. I called 22 businesses…read morethat were affected by the storm, we received next day service from ASAP. They were the only Game in town. The tech, Guillermo, was very thorough and asked that we make sure the water/toilets were draining. They were not, he went to the clean out and resolved the issue. It may not be a glamorous job, but Guillermo was our knight in shining armor that day. Highly Recommend All Septic All Plumbing!!!

I'm writing this review after Tampa Bay Septic finished the install of my new septic tank and drain…read morefield today . If you have been through this process before it can be a daunting and expensive task . When my system failed in January I knew it wasn't to be an easy task. TBS was not my first call but when Kris showed up to do the estimate I felt a sense of compassion for my situation and professionalism that the job would be done correctly. As well the estimate was fair and the process was well explained. Next I dealt with David in the office. David was helpful in lining up the appointments for pump out, installation, and final recovering of the new system after final inspection. Next Jesse and Dustin showed up to do the installation which was a long process. Both did the job with skill and professionalism and answered all of my questions. They managed to get the job done with only minor casualties on my shrubs. I was impressed. Finally at the end of the Process Jake came out to grade the job site, clean up all debris and reseed the area. He did a great job. As stated this is a daunting job for anyone who hasn't been through it but this team from the owner on down made the process easier for me to understand while delivering exactly what they promised and leaving me a happy and satisfied customer. I absolutely do recommend them for any and all septic needs.

Don't use this Company! Bad Experience! Stay away! I had been a loyal customer of Tampa Bay Septic…read morefor years and was generally satisfied with their service--until recently. About four years ago, they replaced my lift station pump. Last week, the pump stopped working, so I called them out for service. The technician was polite and professional, and he explained that the float valve to the pump wasn't working and needed replacement. He also noted that there was no float valve on the alarm. I know there was one before, but apparently it was never reinstalled when they replaced the pump previously. When I contacted the office, I expected them to correct this oversight at no cost. Instead, they refused, insisted on charging me, and handled the situation rudely. While the tech did his job well, the office staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company.

Their technician, Ken, not only emptied our tank but also cleared a clog in the main line on the opposite side of the house for us so we wouldn't have to wait and pay another plumber to come out. He did all of this in the pouring rain with a smile on his face. He was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Abbot Construction customer relations was extremely disappointing. Communication…read morewas poor, responses were slow, and when we did receive replies, they were often unhelpful or dismissive. For a company that operates in a service-driven industry, the lack of professionalism and accountability was surprising. Instead of working toward resolving concerns, the process felt frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Basic follow-up and customer care seemed to be lacking, which made what should have been a straightforward interaction much more stressful than it needed to be. Customer service is a major part of any construction project, and unfortunately my experience with Abbot Construction's customer relations fell well below expectations. I hope they take steps to improve how they communicate with and support their clients going forward.
