My builder was really a crappy roofer and roofing supervisor. I ended up with the wrong pitches in different places and leaky decks, leaky sliding glass doors, couple of leaky windows. Avery came in and evaluated and examined every single spot and potential spot. They found multiple intrusion points, multiple failure, points, and multiple potential failure points. After Milton, they came and evaluated all the penetrations that had suffered during the storm and a number of potential leaking spots which I had fixed in the walls. But I only did it because They found it Tom has a unique and special way of analyzing problems. His deductive reasoning is superior, and ability to diagnose and find problems is exceptional. You couple this with a very high responsibility level of the people in the company, and you have an A+ team. I've recommended them to multiple people, and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants completely thoroughly sealed leak proof roof. They've solved every difficult problem at my house and difficult problems at other peoples houses. I've referred them to several people in my neighborhood, one who had persistent leaks - they solved them all! You can't do better. And I'll tell you they stood behind EVERY single promos they ever made It's a tough repair business so I completely understand not warranting every single aspect of the job They often find leaks after repairing the first set

During construction Len's Roofing stored roofing materials/debris on my neighbor's law overnight. Pictures attached. During construction, the owner Lenworth Dacas stopped by while I was in a work from home meeting. I told Lenworth I was in a meeting and unable to talk with him. Lenworth then proceeded to bang on the front door with a metal flashlight. This damaged the metal and paint on the door. Police were called, Lenworth Dacas had remained on my property and was trespassed by the police department. Received an estimate for the door repair for the damage Lenworth Dacas caused. Lenworth would not pay the full amount to repair the damage. I took Lenworth Dacas to small claims court (Case Number 2024SC407) and Lenworth Dacas received a court order to pay for the full price door repair. Keeping this review objective, I would avoid hiring this company and working with Lenworth Dacas.

Sarasota FL - They failed to honor their own 5-year workmanship warranty…read more I would not recommend Armour Roofing (Gino and Darlina Barone). I would advise that possible future clients proceed with cautions and get a second and third estimate from other companies. I will name another in Armour's review, but there are other companies that values local clients. This is an honest review based on my experience in Sarasota with Armour roofing. They completed my roof in late 2021. They appear to be extremely friendly, as any sales company that adjust to your liking to earn your business. They market their warranties as 5-year workmanship, and 20 years on material. In July 2024, we had a roof leak from where wall meets roof, through flashing and underlayment. Of course, when we called them, they tried to wiesel their way out of it by claiming that warranty was voided because of hurricane Ian, act of God, which happened in September 2022 (almost two years prior to the reported leak). Unfortunately for my family, with a leaky ceiling, we did have the luxury of time to go back and forth with them, so we paid for the repairs needed from their mediocre workmanship. That said, to be fair, they responded quickly after I agreed to pay. Sammy Barone, nice guy, but not nice enough for me to consider this company again. We have to replace roof on our rentals, and I will not be calling them. Poor workmanship will cost you later, as Florida has hurricanes every year, but Armour roofing will use that to get out of their self-assumed responsibilities. Contact other local companies, and have them compete for your business. Alot of roofing companies lock you in under contract, then have a sub-contract (another company) do the work. They pay the sub-contractor less and pocket the difference.
