**Warning** I too have the same experience with Jacob Thielking, the owner of FlowGrown Exteriors…read more This is to warn others about his behavior. On 3/20/2025 Jacob and I reached an agreement that he was going to install 3 exterior lights at my residence, and I paid his request, 50% ($373.50) of the total amount due as a down payment. The invoice dated 3/20/2025, stated that the installation would be completed on 4/9/2025. The installation was not done on 4/9/2025 nor did I hear from Jacob. On 4/12/2025, I texted him asking "when will the lights be installed?" He replied that the job was rescheduled for Friday 4/18/2025. No one showed up to install the lights on 4/18/2025 as promised. I called him on Tuesday 4/22/2025 and he said that the lights would be installed on Thursday 4/24/2025 at 9 am. Again, no show. I sent him an email stating I am no longer interested in his services. After he received the email, he texts me stating he would refund my money, but I have yet to get my money back. This guy has had many excuses, and I am done waiting. It is time to pursue legal action. It's unfortunate that I will have ruined his reputation. If I don't get my refund soon, I will file criminal charges against him. Note: He blocked me from the Facebook page.

The company did not provide the service requested. The company, Gatorlake Pressure Washing did not…read morepressure wash my gutters. It was after I got up on my own ladder that I noticed this. They did blow the leaves out of the gutters, but never pressure washed them. After I climbed up I said to the manger, "does that look like a clean gutter to you"? The gutter was caked with dirt on the sides and bottom. If I had not been able to climb up to see for myself, we would not have received the service we were paying for! All I could think of was the people who do not have their own ladder to check jobs like this, or aren't capable of doing so. Goodness knows how many homeowners this company has ripped off with this ploy! The manager tried to make some excuse about one of his employees, but it didn't make sense to me since he was on site the whole time. Oh, they did pressure wash our driveway. A service we did not want. That was done satisfactorily. The price quoted seemed fair.

After the city finically cleaning up the street we hired these people for our home and driveway, I specifically asked for them to be sure that the dirt, screws and debris did not just get blown into the road for us or our neighbors to run over. When I got home I saw rocks, screws and debris and all the Mud in the drive street and gutter. so when I and the contractors drove onto the driveway it got muddy again. Not to mention some of the debris that he got of our drive way ended up in or neighbors yard. Then to top it all off the owner Juan is sending threats through text ! I was giving this company the benefit of the doubt and I was not going to write a bad review because everyone has bad days and I would hate to ruin a reputation for one bad day, but this has gone over board. I have never known a company that did not want to come out a fix their mistakes when given the chance. It would have taken 30 min to have a happy customer. Apparently they are not in the customer service industry. like I said stay far away !!!
