I heard through the grapevine that Olsen Law Group has a radio show where you can call in with questions. After looking on the internet, I saw that you could email questions to them, and so I did. I received a response within hours and then a reply with additional information that went above what I asked. I so appreciate the time they took to help me. Not only did they save me money, but they gave me an alternate route to try, to solve my problem. If I ever need an attorney, I will call Olsen Law Group and make an appointment. Thank you for offering this free service.

Calls and emails were consistently ignored, and communication throughout the entire process was terrible. Despite always responding promptly and providing every requested document the same day it was requested, we were repeatedly left without updates or answers. After four months of unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls, and no meaningful progress, I finally decided to hire another law firm to handle the matter. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of assistance or response directly from Mr. Olsen to rectify the situation. I am highly disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by this law group during such a difficult and stressful time for our family. For your own sanity and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend steering clear of Olsen Law Group.

My decision to make an appointment with the Law offices of Kathleen Flammia was due to 3 things - firstly, our family accountant recommended her. Then when I asked around generally among co-workers, friends and other acquaintances, Kathleen's name kept coming up as someone who was very highly regarded and respected within local legal circles. Finally all the other 5-star yelp reviews also were a factor and now having been a client of this firm, can totally understand and agree with that rating! Kathleen demonstrates a keen understanding of a persons' unique situation and she was very good about taking me thru the range of their services and then also pointing out something's that were not a factor I needed to be concerned about. At one point, Stacy, another attorney in the office also actually called up the Revenue Department as they wanted to double check certain facts related to my options. All the staff I encountered were super courteous, very diligent and uber responsive. I had a work emergency come up unexpectedly and couldn't make a meeting and it wasn't any issues or dramas with making a change and in fact the office staff were great about working with my schedule. Also another note that the language used in the document this firm prepares for you is super comprehensive and complete and also extremely user friendly and plain-spoken. Legal jargon is really kept to a minimum but the wording uses provides you the full protection of the law. Overall, really very impressive with the staff and their expertise and very happy to have used their services. Absolutely recommend!! Yelp 144/ 2018

We stopped in to execute all of the documents; and, they had a "drive by" notary that provided witnesses and notary services that were required. I searched online for a very long time, the usual routine - great review, nice price, experienced, and professional. Paula came as the top choice. I do not regret my decision at all. Since day one, Paula has been very prompt with my request, and worked with my other attorney nicely. After my other case was resolved Paula continued working with me for my Will. My Will was not that complex, and the retainer she charged was very reasonable. Throughout the process, I had to make multiple inquiries and revisions since this is a serious matter and I wasn't very experienced with Wills. She was very patient and her paralegal team was very responsive and professional. After several revisions I was happy with the final product. When I was ready to sign for it, another legal document came up, and I asked if she could provide me some notary service since I got dinged for a lot of money before. She was more than happy to help me out, for free. That's very kind of her, and I really appreciate everything she's done. Because of my experienced with her, in the near future I will go to her again for a living trust. I am sure she will do a fantastic job. Overall a very experienced and patient attorney who offers a great price. I will highly recommend her for any estate planning related business. You will not be disappointed!

I've paid $14,585 to realize this truth. I researched many firms and received a good impression from Ayo & Iken - my year as a client concludes that's all it ever was, an impression. Since this was my first time requiring legal services, I resisted the stereotype that lawyers are greedy. Ayo & Iken fulfilled it. The longer they drag out your situation, the more they can charge, so there's no incentive to be proactive or produce a resolution on a client's behalf. Why would they self-injure their business coffers? When I inquired to Howard Iken why my statement balance was so high when I hadn't seen a return on representation, he cited I emailed too often about items I asked the lawyer to file months ago. Avoid this place like the plague. They care nothing for justice.

The main reason I asked him to withdraw from my divorce case was that I had previously paid him $2,500 to represent me in an injunction case against my partner (the same partner I'm still divorcing). He never informed me that the court offered free interpreters, and he didn't understand that in an injunction you only discuss recent facts. Instead, he brought up old issues and let my ex interrupt and defame me in court without defending me. In the divorce case, they never even filed the F-50 form or the affidavit, yet charged me $4,000 as if they had completed the work. Additionally, I called the firm many times asking about my refund, and they never gave me a clear answer. They said if I didn't sign to let him withdraw, we'd see each other in court and they'd charge me for it. I told them I wouldn't sign until they told me my refund amount, and they never did. In short, they did nothing and charged me anyway, and I find them to be quite inconsiderate and nearly dishonest.
